Recurring tuition (published monthly amounts and computed per term / per academic year)
Notes on calculation: the school publishes a monthly fee per educational stage; annual tuition figures below are the monthly amount multiplied by 10 (the school's published monthly rate multiplied to produce the commonly quoted annual totals for the 2025/2026 academic year). Per‑term amounts are those annual tuition totals divided by three (Autumn / Spring / Summer term). The school's published monthly rates and the corresponding annual/term totals are:
- Baby Caxton (Baby / Nursery 1) - Published monthly fee: EUR 661. - Annual tuition (monthly × 10): EUR 6,610. - Per term (annual ÷ 3): EUR 2,203.33.
- Nursery & Reception - Published monthly fee: EUR 810. - Annual tuition: EUR 8,100. - Per term: EUR 2,700.
- Primary (Years 1–6) - Published monthly fee: EUR 854. - Annual tuition: EUR 8,540. - Per term: EUR 2,846.67.
- Sixth Form / Bachillerato (Years 12–13) - Published monthly fee: EUR 960. - Annual tuition: EUR 9,600. - Per term: EUR 3,200.
Published recurring additional fees
- Technological and classroom resources (annual): EUR 446. - School transport — Valencia city route (monthly): EUR 175 (annual equivalent if charged across ten months: EUR 1,750; per term: EUR 583.33). - Dining room / school lunch: listed as included in the published fees from Nursery & Reception upward.
Other costs commonly charged (examples reported by independent school listings)
- Uniform: approximate amounts reported by independent listings in the range of EUR ~350–450 (single payment). - Deposit (reported by some third‑party listings): examples cited around EUR 1,500 (one‑off). - Medical / student insurance (reported by third‑party listings): examples around EUR 300–400 per year. - Study / learning materials and classroom extras (reported examples): several hundred euros per year, depending on year group and exam entry. - Public exam entry fees (reported examples): sample amounts listed by third‑party sources — GCSE exam fees and A‑level exam fees reported in some listings (figures vary by exam session and subject).
Boarding / accommodation
- On‑campus boarding is not presented as a standard fee item on the school's published fees page. Independent sources indicate that international students are commonly placed in host‑family (homestay) programmes or local accommodation arrangements rather than traditional school boarding houses; fees for homestays / accommodation are handled separately and vary by arrangement and provider. No fixed on‑campus boarding fee is published in the main fee schedule.
Billing schedule and payment terms (how fees are charged in the school year)
- The school publishes a monthly fee for each stage. Annual tuition figures are consistent with those monthly rates multiplied by ten (that is, the published monthly amount × 10 = commonly quoted annual tuition for the academic year). From those published figures, per‑term and per‑year totals above are calculated on that basis. This indicates a school billing structure that is presented in monthly terms but commonly expressed as a ten‑month academic total and apportioned into three school terms for budgeting.
Refund and cancellation
- A specific public refund / cancellation schedule (for example: whether the one‑off enrolment fee is refundable, refund rules for mid‑term withdrawal, or administrative cancellation charges) is not clearly published on the school's main fees summary. Independent school listings cite that enrolment and administrative charges are commonly non‑refundable or subject to administrative fees at comparable schools; however, the school's detailed refund/cancellation terms and any statutory rights under Spanish consumer law or education regulations are not reproduced in the main fee summary.
Fee payment options (methods accepted)
- The school's public fee summary page lists amounts and frequency but does not show a detailed list of accepted payment instruments (for example, specific bank account / IBAN, direct debit, or card processors) in the headline fee summary. Typical payment methods used by international schools include bank transfer and card payment; the school's admissions or finance office supplies exact payment instructions and options on request.
Summary (what is contained in the public fee schedule and what remains by arrangement)
- The school publishes clear monthly fees by stage, a one‑off enrolment fee (EUR 900), an annual technological resources charge (EUR 446), and a published Valencia city transport rate (EUR 175 monthly). Published monthly amounts convert to the annual and per‑term totals shown above when multiplied by ten and apportioned into three terms. Dining is listed as included from Nursery & Reception upward.
- Items that are commonly charged by schools but are not fixed on the headline fees page (such as uniform, deposits, medical insurance, examination entry charges, or homestay/boarding costs) appear in various independent listings with approximate amounts; those items are generally invoiced separately or handled through admissions/finance arrangements. Exact values, payment instructions, and the school's formal refund/cancellation conditions are not reproduced in the headline fee summary and are handled through the school's admissions/finance documentation.

Admissions
1. Fill our contact form or call (+34) 96 132 40 40, Monday to Friday 09:00 am to 05:00 pm. If availability exists, you can request a visit to learn about the Educational Project and view the facilities. This begins the admissions process. 2. If there is availability, request a visit where we will inform you about our Educational Project and show you our facilities. The visit provides information about the school's educational approach and environment. It is an opportunity to ask questions and assess fit. The visit is arranged after the initial inquiry. 3. After receiving the admission request, we will arrange different level tests according to the educational stage you're applying to (Primary and Secondary). For Secondary entries, all prospective pupils undertake a personal interview and English level assessment with the Secondary Head Teacher to ensure they can access the curriculum; for other stages, tests assess literacy and numeracy appropriate to the level. A copy of the pupil's most recent school report is requested during the process. The results of the assessment, the interview and the reports help determine eligibility. 4. Once the tests have been passed and the required documentation has been received, enrolment will take place. If there is no space available in the child's class, the pupil will be placed on a waiting list and parents will be contacted when a place becomes available. Enrolment requires payment of the Enrolment Fee of 925€, which is non-refundable. Start dates are the first day of term or at any stage during the academic year, subject to availability.
Admissions
Step 1 Contact Caxton College by online contact form or by calling +34 96 142 41 72 from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Step 2 Place availability: after your request for information, the Admissions Department will inform you about the availability of places, and, depending on availability, organise a visit online or in person. Step 3 Confirmation of enrolment: after the visit, the Admissions Department will send you instructions to complete the online application form. In certain circumstances, it may be necessary for Caxton College to contact the student's previous school. Places are offered on a first come, first served basis. Where places are not available, children will be added to the waiting list. If your child is on the waiting list and a place becomes available, Caxton College will contact you to start the admissions process. The application does not legally bind you to accept a place at Caxton College. Applications do not confirm places as these are subject to availability.
