1 - Book a Visit. The Head of Admissions guides applicants through every step of the process. Bespoke weekly tours are offered for families, with an opportunity to meet the Headmaster and ask questions. For overseas families, a virtual meeting is available. 2 - Register your Child. Registration is open from birth, and early registration is encouraged. For Rising 3s and Pre-Kindergarten, the first to register join the main list and are guaranteed an offer; for all other year groups, a waiting list applies. A non-refundable registration fee of £100 per child applies for Pre-Kindergarten/Rising 3s and £120 for Kindergarten to Year 6. 3 - Entry Points. The main entry point is Pre-Kindergarten in September after a child's third birthday; since September 2025 rising 3s groups offer an early transition. Offers are made in registration order in the autumn term prior to entry. Younger siblings, children of former pupils and staff, and Riverside Nurseries attendees have priority. Casual Admissions maintain a waiting list for other year groups; Year 2+ entrants attend a Taster Day and complete gentle assessments, which can be carried out remotely if necessary. 4 - How to Accept an Offer of Place. Acceptance requires a deposit of £3,000, with autumn term fees invoiced in the spring term after 1 March. Both the deposit and advance fees are non-refundable if withdrawal occurs before attendance. The deposit is refunded after Year 6, subject to any outstanding fees being settled. 5 - Before the First Day. After a place is confirmed, the school hosts events to help transition for Rising 3s/Pre-Kindergarten; these include opportunities to meet the new teacher and classmates ahead of starting. The school aims to ensure the child is comfortable with the move.

1. Enquire. Contact the admissions team via the Contact Us Form to express interest. The team is experienced in supporting international applicants and ensures the process is clear, thoughtful, and welcoming from the start. To help understand the child's learning journey, families submit the most recent school report with an English translation if needed. Interviews and assessments can be carried out online if relocation makes on-site visits difficult. 2. Visit Us. Attend an Open Morning or an Individual Tour to meet the team, explore facilities, and see classrooms in action. You will have the chance to ask questions about the curriculum, pastoral care, and admissions. Open Mornings are scheduled dates and private tours can be arranged; booking in advance is recommended. 3. Register. To apply, complete the Registration Form. 4. Assessment. For Pre-Nursery and Nursery, no assessment is required and places are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. External Nursery entrants undergo a play-based assessment with a report or reference from the current nursery, and a Headmistress meeting may be arranged. Reception entry prioritises Nursery pupils attending the school's nurseries; external nurseries have informal assessments. For Year 1 and above, Occasional Places are allocated based on the latest school report, a trial day, an interview with the Headmistress, a CAT4 assessment for entry to Year 3 and above, and an English as an Additional Language assessment if applicable; online interviews/assessments are available if needed. 5. Offer. After the assessment, the outcome is communicated; if successful, an offer of a place is made. 6. Acceptance. To secure the place, complete the Acceptance Form and pay the deposit per the offer terms.
