Admissions
CCS accepts and welcomes students aged 3 to 17 (Early Years - IB Diploma) throughout the year. There are four easy steps to join CCS. 1. Application Tasks Completion: Submit the online Application Form; pay the Application Fee IDR 2,500,000 (non-refundable, with no guarantee for the seat); upload 2 years of previous or current school report cards in English (non-English documents should be translated and notarized); upload CCS Student Profile; upload Transcript (only for Year 10/Semester 2 or above). 2. Application Review: When a seat is available, the applications will be reviewed by the education leadership team and student support team; English assessments might be required if needed. 3. Acceptance: Successful applicants will receive an official acceptance email, and the payment options will be shared. The parents can choose the payment method for a term, a semester, or a year. 4. Enrollment: Once the tuition fee is received, and the rest of the required documents are completed, the new joiner and the parents will receive a welcome email from the school. The Application Tasks Completion Step is the first step; there are limited spaces and offering seats is not guaranteed. Applicants who did not get an offer due to no seat availability will be transferred to the next term. Your child can join CCS at any time if there is a place available in their year group; explore entry points to learn more about the registration process.
Admissions
1. Admission is open anytime on the Principal's recommendation and is dependent on seat availability. Parents may visit the School to meet with the Principal by calling 0361-239746/239747 for an appointment. Prospective students are invited to access Admission Forms. 2. Applicants sit for an Entrance Test and have an interview with the Principal; the test covers English and Mathematics and lasts about thirty minutes. The results help determine the appropriate level for the student, and teachers are informed of the results to plan any required support. 3. After admission is confirmed, applicants meet the Administrative Manager to discuss financial terms. This meeting covers fees, payment schedules and any applicable deposits. Documentation is reviewed to ensure all financial terms are understood. 4. Applicants submit the completed Admission Form to Reception along with all required documents, including comprehensive health screening and visa/ID checks, the Transfer/Clearance Certificate from the previous school, and the student's Report Cards for the past three years. Additional documents may be requested as needed. The Admissions Office will verify documents and confirm next steps. 5. Admission and Enrolment Fees and the Security Deposit may be paid prior to enrollment. Receipts are issued on payment and enrollment is finalized upon successful payment. Financial terms are discussed with the Administrative Manager. 6. Uniforms, textbooks and exercise books are available from the School Store. The Store operates during specified times and items are issued or purchased as directed. Parents should coordinate with the Store to ensure required items are obtained before the start of the term. 7. For mid-year admissions, start-month determines payment terms. August/September or February/March entries require full payment of school fees. October or April entries are billed monthly. November or May use a temporary fee arrangement. Temporary Students are welcome when seats are available. 8. For further details and the Admission Form, contact the Administrative Office directly. Applicants may request additional information on admissions timelines, required documents and fee schedules. The Administrative Office will provide guidance on next steps and deadlines. 9. Recommended ages for class placement are: Nursery 3, Kindergarten 4, Prep 5; Middle School Grades 6–8; Primary Grades 1–5; Secondary School Grades 11–12. These age guidelines help determine appropriate progression through the programmes. Parents should use these guidelines when planning admissions. 10. Accessibility: the campus is mostly wheelchair accessible and the school does not accept students with severe physical or learning disabilities. 11. Special Programmes include an integrated English Immersion Programme designed to ease non-native English speakers into the mainstream curricula. 12. Additional information and confirmation of current terms can be obtained by contacting the school as needed.
