Billing, late payment and collection terms - Invoices are issued electronically by default; paper invoices available on request. Boarding fees — inclusions and specifics - Annual boarding fee (G5–G12 / CM2–Tle): CHF 113,500. This annual amount includes health insurance, provision of an iPad or MacBook Air (depending on grade) and insurance for those devices, books and mandatory school supplies, field trips and discovery days, three mountain weekends, personal laundry service (excess use/dry‑cleaning invoiced separately), EAL and Mathematics courses for the first marking period (for qualifying new students), sports uniform, blazer and a ski jacket. Refund, cancellation and early‑departure terms (summary) - General rule: enrolment is for the full academic year (August–June) and signing the Tuition Summary or paying any portion of the advance creates an irrevocable commitment to pay for the full academic year except as set out in the published cancellation rules. - Day‑student cancellation (examples from published schedule for 2025–2026): - Cancellation received before 30 June 2025: release from the obligation to pay the full year by payment of the non‑refundable advance (CHF 2,500) plus one‑time fees. - Cancellation received between 30 June 2025 and 15 August 2025: contractual penalty approx. 50% of annual tuition plus one‑time fees. - Cancellation after 15 August 2025: full year's tuition and one‑time fees are due (100%). - Boarding cancellation (examples from published schedule for 2025–2026): - Cancellation received before 30 June 2025: release from full‑year obligation by payment of the advance on tuition and boarding (CHF 39,000) plus one‑time fees. - Cancellation between 30 June 2025 and 15 August 2025: contractual penalty comprising a published portion of tuition and boarding (CHF 76,250) plus one‑time fees. - Cancellation after 15 August 2025: full annual Tuition and Boarding fees plus one‑time fees are due. Payments made by card or online methods are typically guaranteed to the school; Flywire processing times vary but are commonly 2–3 business days to deliver funds to the school. Direct debit authorization is required for the monthly Plan C option. Payments from certain sanctioned countries or sanctioned banks are not accepted. Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is billed per semester and is due in advance. Standard instalments are payable in August and January. Monthly payment arrangements are available subject to a 2% surcharge. Late cancellation penalties and refunds follow the deadlines set by the school (cancellation by registered letter received by 15 February to avoid late‑cancellation penalties; penalties apply for later cancellations). For cancelled enrolments, the applicable penalties include a charge equal to three months of tuition if cancellation is received between 15 February and 1 June, or a charge equal to one semester if received after 1 June. When a pupil leaves or is expelled during the school year, the interrupted semester is due in full.

The School offers a global pathway over 6, 10 or 14 years, from primary school (from 1P) or Secondary I (9th grade) to the Swiss maturité or to the double diploma: Swiss maturité + International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). Primary education is multilingual, with gradual immersion in German and English. Secondary I provides multilingual education in years 9–10 with German and English reinforced at multiple levels, and three streams in year 11: Bilingual German, Bilingual English, and Classic. Gymnasium offers Swiss Maturité in bilingual German or bilingual English, and a Swiss Maturité + IBDP double diploma, plus Sport/Art Studies; extracurricular activities include morning lectures, supervised study, study trips, campus visits and summer schools. The admissions journey at Collège du Léman starts with an online enquiry. You can also arrange a personalised campus tour or a one-to-one virtual discovery meeting. The admissions team guides you through the requirements and a step-by-step process: start with an enquiry, join a tour or a virtual discovery meeting, and then proceed with the online application if you wish. After submitting the online application, you must send supporting documents; prospective boarders complete a video questionnaire; a non-refundable CHF 500 application fee is payable; your child's current school must complete a confidential report form. The admissions team reviews applications; if spaces are available, a place is offered within five working days. Once enrolled and fees are paid, the start date is confirmed and a welcome pack is issued. A CDL virtual tour is available for remote families. Important dates for day school and boarding can be downloaded. The admissions process can take as little as two or three weeks from first contact to offer; applications are accepted year-round and students can start at any time during the academic year. CDL offers boarding for ages 8 to 18 and provides a bilingual program from Pre-school to Middle School; in High School, a range of diplomas is available, including IGCSEs, the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP), the IB Career-related Programme (IBCP), the American High School Diploma, the French Baccalaureate, and the Swiss Maturité; language of instruction can be English, French, or a combination, with some subjects taught in the other language.

1. Submit the enrolment fee and the enrolment agreement signed by all legal representatives (both parents, regardless of their marital status and the age of the child) to reserve a place. Enrolments are valid for one full academic year (10 months), from September to June. Applications are reviewed carefully due to differences in programmes, options chosen, results obtained and behaviour scores. 2. Tuition and funding: Tuition fees are set by year and level. In 2.5 years, S1+S2 CHF 29'500; S3+S4 CHF 29'500; S5 CHF 25'500. Double Diploma (Swiss Maturité + IBDP): S1+S2 CHF 29'500; S3+S4 CHF 32'000; S5+S6 CHF 34'000. Enrolment is valid for one full academic year and is payable in two instalments in August and January; S5 tuition is payable in August. 3. Other costs: School materials cost CHF 950/year; an invoice is sent to parents at the start of the school year. Camps and activities: internal and external activities; fees will be announced in due course.
