Access Phidias via the header and footer of the site. 2. Submission of documents. Submit documents such as birth certificate, passport copy, vaccination record, and school reports. These documents support the application and are processed as part of the admissions procedure. The admissions team reviews the materials internally. 3. Internal review. The school administration and the pedagogical team perform an internal review of the application. The outcome depends on available capacity, the child's age, and the desired entry grade. This review determines whether the application moves to the next step. 4. Admission interview or trial day. Depending on capacity, age, and desired entry, the school conducts an admission interview or a trial day. This step follows the internal review and helps assess fit for the program. The timing may vary with openings. 5. Decision and school contract. If a place is available and the feedback is positive, a confirmation is issued and the contract is signed.
