Admissions
|
Admissions 1. Initial Application: To begin the process, parents must complete a pre-registration form online through the school's Eduka platform. This step creates a family account where you can track the status of your application. Applications are reviewed in the order they are submitted. 2. Document Submission and Application Fee: Once the Eduka account is active, parents must upload all necessary supporting documents, which centrally include the student's previous academic reports. A non-refundable application fee of €300 is required at this stage to process the file. If any documentation is missing, the admissions team will request it before moving forward. 3. Academic Review and Assessment: The school evaluates the student's academic history to ensure they can access the curriculum. Depending on the student's profile and whether they are applying for the French or International Baccalaureate track, the school may request additional testing or language assessments. This ensures the student's level aligns with the school's standard requirements. 4. Family Interview: If the application is strong and there are potential vacancies, the school will invite the family for a meeting. This allows the school to assess the student's maturity, conduct, and suitability for the program. It also provides an opportunity for parents to ask questions and familiarize themselves with the campus. 5. Offer and Registration: When a place is offered, parents must formally accept it by returning the required enrolment forms. To secure the spot, families must pay a registration fee of between €900 and €1,000, along with an advance deposit toward the first term's tuition. Once these payments are received, the student is officially placed on the class roster. | Admissions Step 1: Submit Online Application Form. Begin the process by filling out the online application form. ICS Paris has a rolling admissions policy, accepting students throughout the year depending on space, and it is recommended to start the process in November for the following September, or at least two months before joining during the school year. Prepare documents: a student photo, a copy of the student's government-issued ID, and official grades/report cards from the last three years; English test results are required for Grade 9 and above; language certificates if applicable. An application fee of 750€ is paid online to complete the Online Application Form. Step 2: Submit Supporting Documents. After your form and the application fee are received, the application is presented to the Admissions Committee and the decision typically takes 2–3 weeks, depending on any additional documents requested. The admissions team may request further academic documents or an interview. Step 3: Acceptance. If accepted, an official letter of acceptance is sent via email. Step 4: Confirm the Enrolment. A DocuSign link is sent to complete enrollment documents, including the terms of payment, a medical form, a school trip form, and an image authorization form. If education is funded directly, the registration fee and deposit are due to hold the place. |
