1. Discover: The admissions process starts with exploring Heritage Xperiential Schools and attending an information session. The school conducts information sessions and invites families to connect through events such as open houses, with an information session on 15 July 2026 and an Open House on 25 July 2026 at 11 am. You can register for a campus tour as part of this phase.
2. Apply: Submit the online application and registration details through the Heritage Admission Management System. The online application and registration details are the required next step after discovering the program you're interested in.
3. Connect: Experience how learning happens in classrooms by attending an Open House and seeing the Heritage approach in action. An Open House is scheduled for 25 July 2026 at 11 am, and families are encouraged to register.
4. Receive an Update: After submission, shortlisted applicants are notified via email or SMS. Non-Nursery applications (KG to Grade 9 and 11) are processed based on seat availability.
5. Join the Community: Enrolment formalities are completed to become part of HIXS Gurgaon. The final step involves completing enrolment and joining the school community.
6. Nursery admissions (AY 2027-28): Applications open 11 July 2026 and the last date for Nursery applications is 19 July 2026. Age eligibility is 3 years as of 1 July 2027 (born between 1 July 2023 and 1 July 2024 are eligible). All valid applications are considered for admission, with priority given to distance, sibling, alumni, and alignment to the school's experiential philosophy. Intimation to selected parents is sent by email. For selected applicants, documents must be uploaded online as notified by the school.
7. KG to 9 and 11 admissions (AY 2027-28): Applications open 11 July 2026. Shortlisting for KG to Grade 9 and Grade 11 is based on seat availability. This enables scheduling an interaction with the Academic Leadership Team and a placement assessment for Grades 6–12. 4. Placement Assessment (Grades 6–12): Prospective students in Grades 6–8 participate in an interactive session and a written placement assessment; Grades 9–12 are additionally evaluated in Integrated Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology). The assessments evaluate English and Mathematics proficiency and identify whether the student requires Additional Learning Support or English Support. 5. Interaction: The admissions team, school director, and school principal conduct the interaction; boarding applicants may also meet the Dean of Residences. The focus is on learning about the student's educational progress, language proficiency, social and emotional quotient, academic passions, and extracurricular interests. 6. Admission: Upon placement approval, a fee invoice is issued and must be paid within 3 days to secure a seat. The Scholarship Program offers scholarships for Grades 9 and 11 for a two-year period. Scholarships may cover 25%, 50%, or 75% of the annual composite school fee. Eligibility criteria include minimum academic benchmarks: CBSE CGPA of 9.2 or above, ICSE 92% or above, IB MYP 50 points out of 56, or IGCSE 5 A* and not more than one C. Additionally, for sports and co-curricular excellence, applicants may submit a portfolio and letters of recommendation.
