Admissions	Admissions 1. Initial appointment: Parents and pupils seeking admission are offered an initial interview, a brief assessment, and a guided tour at the first available appointment. This visit provides information about the admission process and helps families assess the school environment. It sets the stage for the formal application steps. 2. Entrance exam and interview: All applicants for any grade must take an entrance examination aligned with the concepts and skills of the grade sought. The exam assessment is based on the previous grade level, and a minimum passing grade of 60% is expected. Following the exam, the candidate is interviewed by the Section Coordinator to confirm alignment with knowledge and school expectations. 3. Admission offer and documentation: Candidates who succeed in the admission process are offered admission and receive a documentation checklist with required forms and materials. The offer may be accepted or rejected. A seat on the school bus may be requested, subject to availability. 4. Phases and age mapping: The school operates in four phases: Early Years (Phase 1), Primary (Phase 2), Secondary (Phase 3), and High School (Phase 4). Children aged four are admitted to LKG. The KHDA maps grade levels to year levels and age ranges (LKG 4-5; UKG 5-6; Grade 12 17-18). 5. Registration requirements: The admission form must be accompanied by copies of the birth certificate for LKG/UKG/Grade 1; the student's passport with residence visa and Emirates ID (both sides); copies of the parents' passports and residence visas with Emirates IDs (both sides); original Emirates IDs for student and parent; and four passport-size photos. For UAE local transfers, the original School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate in English and transfer approval from the relevant education authority are required. For international transfers, the Transfer Certificate must be attested by the Ministry of Education or the relevant authority, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the UAE Embassy, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Dubai, and the Consulate General of Pakistan in Dubai. For Grade 11-12 admissions, an NOC/Migrations/Equivalence certificate and SSC marksheet are required. 6.
