Billing schedule and payment terms - Fees are charged for a 10‑month academic session; the invoice due date is shown on each fee invoice and all fees must be paid on or before the due date. - First month's/session's fee must be paid in advance at the time of admission for new students. - Withdrawal and month‑of‑withdrawal rules: If the student is withdrawn on or before the 5th of a month, that month's fee is not charged; if withdrawn after the 5th, the fee for that month is fully charged. After 31 March, parents must pay fees for remaining months of the session upon withdrawal except where a sponsoring parent produces proof of final exit. - Full‑term fee is payable in the case of admission or withdrawal during a term. The school issues statement(s)/clearance only after all dues are cleared. - Fee concessions (tuition only, kinship basis): 1st child — no concession; 2nd child — 15% on tuition; 3rd child — 20% on tuition; 4th child — 25% on tuition; 5th child and onward — 30% on tuition. - All published fees are shown exclusive of applicable government taxes; any taxes announced by the authorities are payable by parents. Transport (bus) fees and rules - Transport is an optional service subject to seat availability. Bus/transport fees are charged for full month/term even if the bus is used for part of the month/term. For short‑term emergency use the minimum payable is SAR 250 per month (even if used for part of a month). Cancellation requires advance notice as specified by the transport policy. Boarding / Hostel fees - The school does not operate boarding/hostel facilities for students; there are no boarding fees. Student services are provided on a day‑school basis (transport available as an optional service). Uniform and book costs - A school uniform is compulsory and specific uniform items are prescribed by grade. Uniform items are not included in the tuition; parents are responsible for purchasing required uniform pieces. Textbooks are provided on a loan/issue basis and a book fee is charged to cover part of the cost; parents are charged the replacement cost for lost or damaged books. Refund and clearance information - The school issues school leaving certificates and other clearance documents only after full payment of outstanding dues and return of school property (books and equipment). Parents wishing to withdraw must submit the prescribed withdrawal form; the date on the form (or date of submission, if later) is treated as the student's last day for fee purposes. Certain rules apply to examination entries for Grade 10, AS and A2 students: all dues (including transport) must be cleared before issuance of the Statement of Entry for external examinations.
