Billing schedule and payment terms - Annual tuition is structured to be payable in 10 monthly instalments. Payment is due by the 10th of each month. A one-time full upfront payment (paid before 15 August) is eligible for a discount (see Discounts below).

Refunds and contract notice - Enrollment fee: PLN 4,000 is non-refundable. - Contract notice period and tuition during notice: the school's notice period for terminating an educational contract is two months; during the notice period tuition remains payable. Refunds for tuition depend on the school's published refund and contract terms and any mid-year proration rules the school applies. IB admissions/exam fees and some third-party costs are not refundable when incurred.

- New contracts signed after the specified cutoff will use adjusted 2026/2027 rates: monthly tuition increases by PLN 1,000 — resulting monthly rates of PLN 7,000 for Pre-IB and PLN 8,000 for IB DP when paying on the monthly plan. Discounts and payment-plan structure (one, two or ten instalments and their deadlines) remain the same. Contracts signed by the end of April (year-dependent) may keep the prior rates according to the school's contracting schedule.

- The enrolment fee (PLN 3,000) is charged only for the first child joining the Warsaw Montessori Family schools. A 10% discount on tuition is available for the second child and subsequent children.

WMHS combines Maria Montessori philosophy with the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB DP). In Pre-IB (first and second grade), the program blends the Polish national curriculum with the IB Learner Profile; the language of instruction is English, and extended English is offered along with Creative Writing, Academic Skills (including academic writing), Latin, Visual Arts and Drama, with standard or extended mathematics. Regular place-based pedagogy includes workshops in the kitchen and carpentry shop to foster practical skills and community involvement. In the IB Diploma Programme (third and fourth grade), the curriculum is delivered in accordance with IB World Schools standards; students choose six courses from six groups: Languages A (Polish Literature and English Language and Literature; self-taught native languages Ukrainian, Russian, Spanish; or another native language learned outside of school), Languages B (English HL and French/German/Spanish SL/HL/Ab Initio), Individuals and Societies (Economics, Geography, History, Psychology SL/HL), Experimental Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Physics SL/HL), Mathematics (Applications and Interpretations and Analysis and Approaches SL/HL), and The Arts (Visual Arts SL/HL).

Admissions for 2026/2027 are open. The school offers Preschool through Grade 12 with three diploma pathways: International Diploma, American Diploma, and Polish Diploma. Age range is 4 to 18. The High School offers International Baccalaureate Diploma or American High School Diploma. The school teaches in English with Polish, French and Spanish also offered. Admissions
Recruitment to Pre-IB (first and second grade) and to the IB Diploma Programme (IB DP, third grade) is organized in two categories. For the 2026/2027 school year, recruitment is open; written exams will take place on March 28 and interviews on April 18. Applications may be submitted now. Entrance exams are conducted in two sessions: the first in March, followed by supplementary recruitment at the end of June. New students are welcome throughout the school year and follow an individual recruitment process; all candidates take the same exams and must meet the same requirements. Contracts signed by the end of April include the current tuition fees; contracts signed later will be based on the new rates for the 2026/2027 school year. Open Days are offered to learn about the school. For Pre-IB, candidates take English, Mathematics, and Polish (for native Polish speakers) and participate in an English-language oral interview. For IB DP, candidates take Mathematics and English (English B and English A) and participate in an English-language oral interview; in the final stage, the choice of HL subjects is verified based on grades, an interview, an assignment or an exam, with an individual approach to the candidate.

Waiting List Policy - Places for 2026/2027 are limited. IAS invites families to apply early and most classes are full for the new academic year. The waiting list is activated once the enrollment fee is paid; the school operates on merit and the enrollment fee is reimbursed if IAS is not able to provide a place within two months.
