Refund and withdrawal rules - Notice of withdrawal: parents/guardians must notify the school in writing by email one full term before the student's intended departure. Specific notice deadlines to leave at the end of each term for 2026/27 are: to leave at the end of Term 1 — notice before 30 September 2026; end of Term 2 — before 4 January 2027; end of Term 3 — before 12 April 2027. Failure to provide required notice will result in charges for the subsequent term. - Non‑refundable items: the Enrolment Fee, the Application Fee and any payments made to the school are stated as non‑refundable under any circumstance. Step 1: Send an enquiry. ISS offers an IB education for children aged 3-18. To begin the admissions journey, fill out the enquiry form. A member of the Admissions Team will respond with information for the next steps. The school is currently accepting enquiries for the Academic Year 2026-27 for all age groups.
Step 2: Book a school tour. Families are encouraged to book a school tour to see ISS in action. Tours can be conducted in person or online. During the visit, a tour of the school is provided and the educational philosophy is explained. This step helps families understand the learning environment before applying.
Step 3: Submit your formal application. Complete the application form and provide a recent report card. Pay the application fee. These materials initiate the formal review of the applicant.
Step 4: Assessment / interview. After reviewing the application, families are invited to an interview. The child will undertake an English language assessment as part of the process. The admissions team will communicate the outcome of the assessment.
Step 5: Confirmation of enrolment. If a place is offered, the family will be informed by the Admissions Team. Enrolment is confirmed only after payment of all required fees. The school will provide next steps and onboarding information after enrolment.
