Refunds and adjustments - Refunds and adjustments are governed by the termination and late-enrolment schedules above and by the contractual notice requirements; specific refundable amounts (if any) are determined by the termination month percentages and by the contract clauses that apply to each enrolment. Handling fees for rejected direct debits and any charged external fees are not refundable where stated by the school's payment terms. Families seeking fee reductions or assistance must follow the school's fee-reduction or scholarship application procedures.
