Tuition fees (annual) by school level — School Year 2026/2027 - Nursery (Category III, first child): EUR 4,457.80 per year. - Primary (Category III, first child): EUR 6,129.55 per year. - Secondary (Category III, first child): EUR 8,358.46 per year. Sibling reductions (Category III) - 2nd child: reduction of 20% of the regular school fee. - 3rd and each further child: reduction of 40% of the regular school fee. Mandatory administrative costs and other compulsory charges (per pupil) - Insurance: EUR 5.00 (Nursery / Primary / Secondary). - Administration costs: EUR 38.00 (Nursery / Primary) and EUR 44.00 (Secondary). - Fees for books: variable (charged separately). - Lost student ID: EUR 5.00. - European Baccalaureate (BAC) exam fee: EUR 108.10 (Secondary). Billing schedule and payment terms - Parents commit to pay the full school fees for the complete school year when enrolling. A non-refundable advance payment equal to 25% of the annual school fees is due by 30 June (date set in the school's billing calendar). The remaining balance for the year is invoiced and charged after the start of the school year. Parents must quote the customer/reference number shown on their invoice when making payments. Children whose fees from the previous year are unpaid, or for whom the advance payment is not made by the stated deadline, will not be permitted to attend classes. Boarding fees - No boarding provision applies; there are no boarding fees. Other costs parents should expect - Books and materials: charged as variable costs per pupil (book lists and material costs are notified separately). - School trips, extracurricular activities, special projects or optional services may carry additional charges billed separately. - Examination-related costs (e.g., BAC exam fee listed above) and small administrative charges (lost ID, insurance) are invoiced in addition to the school fee. Refunds and withdrawal - Notice of withdrawal must be submitted in writing at least two weeks prior to the pupil leaving; the school will confirm withdrawal in writing. If a child is withdrawn during the school year, a percentage of the school fees may be reimbursed, but mandatory administrative costs and the non-refundable 25% advance payment are excluded from any reimbursement. Fee payment options and invoicing - The school issues invoices and mandatory administrative-cost invoices by email; each invoice shows a customer/reference number that must be quoted when paying. Payment is to be made using the payment details provided on the invoice; parents should follow the payment instructions on their invoice and observe the stated deadlines. Failure to pay by the deadlines noted on invoices can lead to exclusion from attendance as described above.

Admissions	Admissions —	Admissions 1. Admission follows three categories. Cat I includes children of employees of the European Central Bank, EIOPA, AMLA and other European institutions. Cat II includes children of employees of other European institutions and companies that have signed a financing agreement with the ESF, admitted with priority if places are available after Cat I. Cat III covers private enrolments and is admitted upon availability. 2. Enrolment for school year 2025/2026 runs from 1 December 2024 to 28 February 2025; late registrations for the French, Italian and Spanish sections extend to 31 May 2025 in exceptional cases. Decisions on enrolment are sent out in April 2025 at the latest. 3. Applications must be complete in original form and signed by both legal guardians, with all accompanying documents. Accompanying documents may be provided as copies; originals are not required. Documents must be in German, English or French, with certified translations if necessary. For enrolments in Cat I and II, an employer confirmation must be attached. 4. The school does not keep a waiting list. Only applications for the next school year are accepted. During the school year, applications are considered only for Cat I or Cat II if pupils are not enrolled in Frankfurt. 5. Cat III private enrolments are admitted upon availability. The Enrolment Policy governs Cat III admissions and the overall process. 6. For school year 2026/2027, enrollment forms will be on the website as of 1 December 2025 and the enrolment period expires on 28 February 2026. Applications during the school year are considered only for Cat I and Cat II for pupils not enrolled in Frankfurt. The decision to enroll Cat II or Cat III pupils follows class size and room capacity, with priority order: Cat I first, then siblings, then Cat II with contracts, then pupils from other European Schools.
