Fee details
School-wide summary of fees - Annual tuition range: IDR 38,000,000 up to IDR 130,000,000 per year depending on year group. School fees as stated include one set of textbooks (mostly imported), selected co-curricular activities (CCA/ASA sessions), local Surabaya character-development camps, and experiential learning journeys; high‑school fees also include university‑placement and career counseling services. School fees do not include registration/enrolment fees, stationery, meals, uniforms, competitions, external examination fees (Checkpoint, IGCSE, AS/A Level), out‑of‑town or overseas immersion trips, or tuition by third‑party providers.
Application and registration fees - Application/form fee: IDR 350,000 (form/application processing). - One‑time registration / entrance fee (commonly called a building fee / development fee): reported examples at IDR 7,250,000 for registration and IDR 29,000,000 for a building fee in published local coverage. These one‑time fees are treated separately from the annual tuition.
Tuition fees by year group (what is available) - Early Learning Centre (ELC / preschool): listed at approximately IDR 38,000,000 per year as the lower end of the published fee range. - Senior secondary (Year 12 / A‑Level): listed at approximately IDR 130,000,000 per year as the upper end of the published fee range. - Mid and lower primary / middle years: published third‑party overviews list broad annual ranges for the school between about IDR 46,000,000 and IDR 163,000,000 depending on grade and report; however, a full grade‑by‑grade, per‑term fee table is not publicly given. Use the annual range above as the authoritative published band for budget planning.
Per‑term / per‑installment detail - The school's published information gives annual figures and a published overall range but does not publish a public, detailed per‑grade, per‑term fee table for the 2026/27 academic year. No verified per‑term amounts by year group were found in publicly available material. Annual amounts are typically billed according to the billing schedule (see below).
Billing schedule and payment terms - Billing: The school issues a billing statement upon acceptance and expects payment by the due dates listed on that billing statement. Payments must be made in the correct amount and before the due date so administration and materials can be prepared. - Common payment arrangements reported for similar schools in Surabaya include annual, semi‑annual, and termly instalment options; no official public per‑grade instalment calendar or exact term‑due dates for 2026/27 was published.
Boarding fees - Boarding is not applicable; the school is presented as a day international school and no boarding programme or boarding fees are published.
Other compulsory or typical additional costs - Uniforms: charged separately; not included in the annual tuition. Parents must purchase uniforms on the dates scheduled by the enrolment team. - Meals / canteen: meals are not included in the published tuition and are billed separately. - External examination fees: Checkpoint, IGCSE, AS and A Level examination fees are not included in the school tuition and are billed separately. - Stationery, exercise books and personal supplies: not included in tuition. - Learning devices, Chromebooks / laptops or specialty equipment for specific grades or programs may be charged separately when required. Published local overviews also reference typical event or activity charges (competitions, immersion trips) as additional costs.
Refunds and transferability - No public, detailed refund policy or full terms on refundability/transferability of payments was published in the material available. Published summaries for comparable schools in the region sometimes treat certain payments (registration, instalments) as non‑refundable, but no definitive, public refund clause for Singapore National Academy was located.
Fee payment options - Accepted payment methods: cash, debit card, credit card, giro, or bank transfer to the student's Maspion Virtual Account. Parents are required to ensure payment matches the billing statement amount and is paid by the due date.
Summary of limits of publicly available fee detail - The school publishes an annual fee band (IDR 38,000,000 to IDR 130,000,000) and what is included and excluded, and it lists accepted payment methods. A verified, grade‑by‑grade, per‑term fee schedule for the 2026/27 academic year was not publicly available in the materials reviewed; third‑party local media and school‑summary sites report typical registration and building fees and give broad annual ranges, but they do not provide an official, complete per‑grade, per‑term breakdown. For transparency in your database, note that the publicly published information provides an annual fee band and common additional fees but does not include an official per‑grade, per‑term table.

Admissions
Admissions
1. Admission Process: We are academically selective and all children must pass a period of observation and assessment (early years) or an entrance assessment. The entrance assessment features an assessment in English language, Mathematics, and Science along with a personal interview. The school may require students to attend the class for a day or days to monitor the child's behavior and academic level.
2. Class Division and Age Placement: We admit children from the year they turn 2 into Playgroup to the age of 15 into Grade 10; other grades and ages require more consideration and communication between school and parents. Students must reach the age before October 1 of the year of application, and must possess the proper leaving certificate from the previous school year along with major examination results where applicable. Students coming from the British grading system (13 years) will be placed according to conversion.
3. Curriculum and Language: Sampoerna Academy uses English as the language of instruction and offers a Mandarin Curriculum designed with Beijing Language and Cultural University in China. Curriculum framework includes IEYC for Early Learning, Cambridge for Primary and Secondary, and IB option for Grade 11 and Grade 12.
4. Fees and Apply Process: Tuition ranges from IDR 25 Million in ELC up to IDR 187 Million in Grade 12 per annum, with variation by campus and level. This excludes a one-time registration fee, books and resources, learning resource fee, uniform, field trips, Chromebooks and laptops, external exams, ESL, and other services. Application steps include providing copies of school records for the past two years, birth certificate, copies of ID (student and parents) or passports, and (for international students) KITAS; filling out the online application form; and, after review and approval, enrollment is confirmed.
Admissions
1. Inquire: Contact the Enrolment Team to learn about SNA's Piaget curriculum and programs. You may request a school tour and a free 2-day trial class, depending on timetable and availability. The Enrolment Team provides a brief introduction and guidance on next steps. 2. Trial Class & Admission Test: The Enrolment Team and leadership determine grade placement and provide personalized support after a comprehensive application review. An Admission or Aptitude Test is scheduled depending on grade level. Students are assessed in English, Mathematics, and Science. For ELC to Year 1, an Admission Test is generally not required, though a trial class or observation meeting may be requested. 3. Apply: Visit the school, complete the Application Form, and submit all required documents to the Enrolment Team. An online option is available by downloading the Application Form and attaching the documents for review. Indonesian students must submit a completed Application Form and supporting documents; foreign students submit the completed form along with KITAS and Passports and other required materials. 4. Acceptance: The final admission decision rests with the Principal. The Enrolment Team informs applicants of the decision and issues the Billing Statement for school fees. Applicants should await the next steps as communicated by the Enrolment Team. 5. Payment: Payment can be made via cash, Debit Card, Credit Card, Giro, or Bank Transfer to the Maspion Virtual Account. Ensure the payment is the correct amount and made before the due date so the school can complete administration and prepare learning materials. 6. Welcome to SNA: Before learning begins, collect textbooks, school uniform, and other learning materials on the date scheduled by the Enrolment Team. Ensure the uniform is the correct size and textbooks match the student's grade level. Orientation information and practical pre-arrival guidance are provided to international students.
