The tour provides an overview of the admissions journey and program options to help families decide if SPH is the right fit. 2. Apply Online. After the tour, submit the online application to begin the admissions review. The Apply option is available on the admissions page, and families are guided through the required information. The admissions team reviews applications to determine readiness for SPH's curriculum and environment. Once submitted, families will be guided on next steps by the admissions team. 3. Review Fees and Scholarships. Education costs are outlined for 2026-2027, and families can understand the financials before enrolling. Tuition and fees are published with a breakdown to assist planning. SPH also offers scholarship opportunities; see the Scholarships section for timeline and campus-specific availability. The Breakthrough Scholarships cover tuition from entry grade through graduation (Grade 12).	Admissions 1. Entry to ISJ is non-selective for Pre-Nursery, Nursery, and Reception. Admission to Year 1 and above is by assessment. Applications can be submitted up to two years in advance. 2. Visit the School. Prospective families are encouraged to visit ISJ before applying. Tours allow viewing the campus, meeting staff, observing lessons, and asking questions about curriculum, pastoral care, and school life. Tours are arranged on weekdays during term time. 3. Submit Application. Complete and return the Application Form along with the required documents. The Application Fee is IDR 4,680,000 and must be paid for the application to be processed. Applications can be submitted up to two years in advance. The school reviews the submission and begins processing once the fee is paid. 4. Assessment. For pupils applying to Year 1 and above, age-appropriate entrance assessments are conducted to understand academic readiness, learning potential, and personal qualities such as curiosity and focus. Assessments are conducted in a relaxed, supportive environment, either individually or in small groups. Entry to Pre-Nursery, Nursery, and Reception is non-selective. 5. Admissions Decision. Following assessment, the family is notified of the decision in writing. All Breakthrough Scholarship recipients receive tuition funding from entry grade through graduation (Grade 12). The program also includes a 25% dormitory scholarship for Pelita Harapan House (PHH) at SPH Sentul City. The application period typically begins in June. Applicants must submit the scholarship application online, indicate scholarship interest, pay a reduced registration fee, upload required documents, await test details, and complete a scholarship interview. Where ISJ is genuinely the right school for your child and the full fee is a stretch, tuition can be set to what your family can manage. It is not a discount and not a scholarship, and support is usually partial: we adjust the fee, we do not remove it. It is open to families funding education privately, including expatriate families on local-plus contracts and the self-employed, for whom a posting no longer covers full school fees. More families qualify than assume they do. It begins with one private conversation rather than a form. Every arrangement stays between your family and the school, with no bearing on your child's place or their day here. Ki Hajar Dewantara Scholarship — widening access for Indonesian pupils. A limited number of awards each year, covering up to 100% of tuition, for Indonesian pupils of exceptional promise for whom the fees would otherwise be out of reach. Awards are made on academic potential and family circumstances, including at A-Level entry in Year 12. The bar is high and the places are few.
