After March, rolling admissions are available for grades with open seats. Applications, supplemental forms, and activities are due in January 2026; grade‑specific requirements appear in Ravenna. Language requirements: Preschool, PreKindergarten, and Kindergarten have no language proficiency requirement; 1st–11th Grade students applying to German, French, or Chinese programs will be assessed for language proficiency during the application process (scheduled January–February). Upper School language acquisition expectations apply to 7th, 8th, 10th, and 11th Grade and may be discussed during parent interviews. Age requirements: 3 years old for Preschool, 4 for PreKindergarten, 5 for Kindergarten by September 1; children must be potty trained.
