- Enrollment (seat) deposit: USD 3,000 for day‑school enrollment; that deposit is credited toward the tuition balance (does not cover additional fees unless stated otherwise). A second amount of USD 1,500 or the full tuition balance is due June 1, 2026. If a student enrolls after June 1, all deposits are due upon enrollment.
- International Academy deposit: USD 3,200 (credited toward the tuition balance); International Academy tuition balance is due May 15 (per that track).
- Payment plans offered:
- Lump Sum Plan — After the initial enrollment deposit, the remaining non‑refundable tuition balance is due on the June due date.
- Multiple Payment Plan — After the initial deposit, one additional deposit is due on the June due date; the remaining tuition balance is split into nine equal, non‑refundable monthly payments (August 1 through April 1). A finance and service charge of 7% is applied to the remaining balance under the monthly plan.
- Tuition insurance plan: optional tuition insurance premium equals 3.5% of the annual tuition fee; the premium is due on the June due date and is optional only for families that choose the Lump Sum plan.
- Prorating: Tuition will not be prorated for enrollment in the first semester; students who enter in the second semester will be charged 65% of the annual tuition. Fees generally are not prorated.

Boarding / homestay
- The Quarry Lane School does not operate boarding facilities. International students who require local housing are enrolled in the International Academy and homestay placement options are used for students living with host families; the school's international materials and homestay procedures describe a separate homestay placement fee for that service.

Additional and program-specific fees
- Annual Comprehensive Educational Fees (listed above) are part of the published totals: typically USD 1,350 for JrK–Grade 5; USD 1,875 for Grades 6–8; USD 2,000 for Grades 9–12. These amounts are already included in the total annual tuition and fees figures shown above.
- International Baccalaureate (IB) programme fee (Grades 11–12): USD 2,375 annually (2026–2027 IB programme fee).
- Extended Education Program (EEP) — before/after school care for Lower School (monthly rates): Morning & After Care (5:00 pm pick‑up) USD 399/month; Morning & After Care (6:00 pm pick‑up) USD 499/month; Morning Care only USD 175/month; drop‑in USD 50/day (rates shown in registration materials and EEP forms). EEP fees are billed monthly and contract withdrawal requires 30 days' written notice. Late pickup penalty in EEP: USD 1.00 per minute after 6:00 pm.
- Incidental and variable costs to budget for each year (examples): catered lunch, field trips, uniforms, high‑school course textbooks, activity fees, and other program‑specific charges; amounts for these items vary by grade and activity.
- Payments received by wire transfer: an additional USD 50 bank fee per payment may apply for International Academy payments (wire fee applies per payment).

Uniforms and dress code costs
- Lower- and Middle‑School students are required to wear uniforms; Upper‑School follows a dress code with the possibility of required uniform purchase if dress‑code violations occur. Uniform items are supplied through an approved vendor (branded/Q L S items are vendor‑supplied), and families should budget separately for vendor prices and any replacement items. Specific uniform rules and vendor information are provided in the school dress‑code and handbook materials.

Refund and withdrawal terms
- All tuition and fees are stated as non‑refundable and non‑transferable. Deposits are credited toward tuition balances but are not refundable. The school's program enrollment agreements and EEP contract clauses make family payment obligations unconditional in many circumstances (including student absence, withdrawal, dismissal, or closure for reasons beyond the school's control), and specify required notice periods for withdrawal from programs such as EEP.

Fee payment options and procedures
- Accepted payment forms and processes vary by program: examples from school forms include payment by check or money order (checks payable to The Quarry Lane School are used for many in‑person payments and program fees), wire transfers (wire payments incur the stated bank fee for certain tracks), and credit/debit card payment options for some summer programs and online registration portals. Specific payment instructions and any transaction fees are provided on enrollment or program contracts. Examples: EEP and summer program forms refer to check/money order and credit card payment methods for program fees; International Academy materials note the $50 bank fee for wires.

Other billing terms worth noting
- Late payment and collection: the enrollment and program agreements state that unpaid fees can lead to holds on records and that families are responsible for collection costs if legal action is required. Certain program fees (late pickup, homestay placement, special program materials) have their own non‑refundability and payment method rules.

If you require these figures placed into a specific field layout for your database, the amounts above provide the published annual totals, deposit schedule, program fees, and the common evenly divided per‑term and per‑month equivalents for each published year group.
