The Boarding House is on campus, opposite the school, a three-minute walk away. It offers 36 ensuite rooms (single or shared), including rooms designed for disabled residents, with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room and storage. There is Wi‑Fi across all areas and year‑round recreational facilities including a private swimming pool, a gym, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, and a gated reception with a night guard. The boarding restaurant provides three meals daily for boarders. Breakfast at 07:00 includes pies, cereal, oatmeal, fruit and hot items such as eggs; lunch at 14:00 includes a salad, fruit, yoghurt, rice, vegetarian and soup options; dinner at 19:00. A monthly menu is issued and requests for alternative meals can be made; all meals are served in the Boarding House dining room by the House parents.

House parents live on site and supervise boarders in the evenings and weekends, providing pastoral care and 24‑hour supervision. Three students share an apartment with a common living room, kitchen and veranda, with separate bedrooms and bathrooms.

Years 1-3 provide a high standard of general education using modern teaching methods and resources. Where a subject must be taught in Greek, alternative subjects in English are offered to foreign students. Years 4-5 follow a programme of foundation subjects with eight compulsory subjects and five options; at the end of Year 5, students sit examinations in eight subjects at IGCSE level. In Years 6-7 students choose between Preparation for Cypriot/Greek Universities (taught in Greek) or Preparation for UK, EU or US Universities with three to five A Levels; for American universities TOEFL and SAT preparation is provided. The STEAME Programme interweaves Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics and Entrepreneurship through interdisciplinary, hands-on learning. Graduates obtain an Apolyterion, eight IGCSEs, four to six A Levels, ICT Literacy Certificate, a second foreign language certificate (German, Russian or French) and other recognitions such as international awards.

Some Xenion High School students are Pearson Edexcel and Cambridge winners; Xenion Students consistently perform at very high levels in these international exams. Examinations results are reviewed by school management and top achievers are awarded during the annual awards ceremony. Examinations results are released approximately six weeks after each session; Cambridge candidates access results via a confidential login, and Edexcel results must be collected in person at the school.

Graduates are prepared for Cypriot and Greek universities as well as UK, EU and US universities. For British universities, students study three to five A Levels (AS in Year 6 and A Levels in Year 7). For American universities, TOEFL and SAT preparation is provided in Year 7. The pathways reflect the two-track system: Greek-taught entry to local universities or an international A Level route for UK, EU and US admission.

Xenion High School admissions are by entrance examination. Entrance Exams for 2026 will take place on Tuesday, 17 February 2026. An Exams Guide is provided to help prospective students prepare, including sample papers. The relevant application forms can be downloaded, printed, and completed prior to exam registration. Prospective students wishing to join Xenion in other year groups should contact the school reception for further information. The Entrance Examination fee is €100. Xenion Junior School admissions require assessments in Maths, English and Greek (where applicable) for the class/year, meetings with parents and students with management prior to registering. Documentation required includes a birth certificate copy, a copy of the child's ID, the child's most recent school progress report, any recent evaluations regarding medical issues or learning difficulties (if applicable), a passport photo, and photocopies of passports or IDs for both parents/guardians.

Years 1 to 7 are awarded an Academic Achievement Scholarship subject to their conduct. Entrance Exam Scholarships are awarded to the first five students admitted to Year 1 by order of academic achievement: 1st €3,000; 2nd €2,000; 3rd €1,500; 4th €1,000; 5th €1,000. Academic Performance & Conduct Scholarships award the top 3 students from each year group (Years 1-7) based on the weighted year average grade, subject to conduct: 1st €500; 2nd €400; 3rd €300. Scholarships for extra-curricular activities (non-academic) are awarded to five students admitted to Year 1 for achievements in local and international competitions, sports, music, art, volunteering, etc.: 1st €3,000; 2nd €2,000; 3rd €1,500; 4th €1,000; 5th €1,000.
