Discounts and incentives

Refund information and crediting of fees

- The published fee schedule does not set out a separate, detailed tuition‑refund timetable in the document provided; specific refund or withdrawal terms (for example conditions under which paid tuition is refunded after a student starts term) are handled under the school's finance/admissions procedures and by the school's Finance Office.
Billing schedule, payment terms and consequences
- Tuition may be paid in three termly instalments (Term 1, Term 2, Term 3) or by 10 monthly payments as published; the published term due dates for the referenced year are shown above. A prepayment incentive is published for payment in full by the early‑payment deadline. Students with outstanding balances are not guaranteed admission to the following academic year if amounts are not cleared by the published deadline.
Fee payment options (how the school accepts payment)
- Bank transfer (payments in Euros): Bank of Cyprus and Hellenic Bank accounts are published with full IBAN and SWIFT details for payments to American Academy Nicosia Ltd. Parents must include the student's name and class year on payment slips. Example accounts as published: Bank of Cyprus IBAN CY51 0020 0123 0000 0001 0360 9200 (SWIFT BCYPCY2N) and Hellenic Bank IBAN CY71 0050 0116 0001 1601 2679 7301 (SWIFT HEBACY2N).
- Card / online payments: the school publishes an online payments link (Viva Wallet) on its site for payments. Cards and electronic payments are available via the school's published payment channel and via the Finance Office arrangements.
- Any bank charges are typically the payer's responsibility; payment descriptions should include the student's name and class year to ensure correct allocation.
Notes on fee application
- New students joining during a term are charged pro rata for the remainder of that term; after that term the standard annual fees apply. Tuition discounts do not apply to non‑tuition fees (uniform, textbooks, transport, external examinations, development/assessment fees). The school publishes an annual cap on tuition increases (not to exceed 5% per year except in exceptional circumstances).
