Billing schedule and payment terms
- Parents may choose one of three payment schedules for tuition in the academic year 2026/27:
- Twelve monthly instalments, each due on the 1st day of the calendar month, running from 1 July 2026 through 1 June 2027.
- Two half‑year instalments due on 1 July 2026 and 1 January 2027.
- One annual instalment due on 1 July 2026.
- The school specifies payment by bank transfer to the campus bank account designated in the enrolment agreement; individual campus transfer accounts are provided by the school for invoicing. Variabilní symbol (student reference number) must be used for correct allocation of the payment.
Boarding (accommodation)
- There is no boarding (internat/boarding house) program listed for this school; education is provided on a day‑school basis at the school's campuses.
Other costs and common additional fees
- Preparatory (entrance) courses: CZK 4,500 per course; CZK 9,000 if both offered preparatory courses are taken. Payment instructions and a variabilní symbol are supplied for these course payments.
- Administrative / transfer test fee (see above): CZK 800.
- School trips, ski courses, subject‑specific excursions, optional activities and external examination fees are charged separately and billed per activity; specific amounts vary by activity and are invoiced when scheduled. Payment purpose fields (e.g., “lyžařský kurz”, “exkurze”) are used when paying such items.
- Textbooks and basic learning materials for first‑year students are included in the one‑time entry package described above; any additional supplies or optional materials are charged separately as required.
Refund information
- No separate, general tuition refund schedule is published in the school's admissions and fees information. Specific refunds or deductions (if any) are governed by the enrolment agreement and the school's contractual terms for individual cases; parents should note that the school's published fee categories and payment schedules apply as invoiced.
Fee payment options and instructions
- Primary method for tuition and most fees: bank transfer (the school provides campus‑specific bank account numbers and requests use of the student's reference/variabilní symbol for identification).
- For certain admissions items (for example the CZK 800 administrative test fee and preparatory course payments) QR payment and cash are accepted options in addition to bank transfer.
- Credit‑card payment is not listed among the standard payment methods for tuition in the published fee information. Parents should use bank transfer (and QR/cash where explicitly noted) for payments and include the payment purpose and student reference number exactly as instructed.
