- Regular debit/transfer window: payments are collected or expected between the 10th and the 15th of each month.
- Invoices for meal fees are made available electronically (EPER) by the 5th day of each month.
- If two months of meal fees remain unpaid, the school will only continue to provide meals if the parent pays in advance.
Boarding fees
- Not applicable — the institution does not operate boarding/dormitory services and therefore does not charge boarding fees.
Other costs and fees
- Study trips, exchange programs, ski camps and similar off-site programs: participants' costs are charged to parents. Payments for these programs are collected to designated school bank accounts; the school reconciles prepayments against final costs and issues invoices. HUF and EUR bank account/IBAN details are provided for program payments.
- School supplies and per-class materials: parents are responsible for purchasing items on the published school supply lists for each year group. Separate supply lists are published for early primary grades.
- Uniforms: no separate uniform fee or mandatory uniform purchase program is listed as a school charge.
Refund information and cancellation rules
- Study programs and trips: payments are treated as advances; after the program ends the school calculates the actual per-student cost and settles any difference with either additional payments or refunds.
- Meal cancellations and refunds: meal cancellations must be made by 9:00 AM for the following day. A not-cancelled meal may be taken away in packaged form from the kitchen, but the packaging cost must be paid. Meal-related discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
Fee payment options (practical details)
