Application / Admission fees
- Admission fee (one-time, non‑refundable): INR 28,204 for all classes.
- Caution / Security deposit (one‑time, refundable): INR 21,371. No interest is paid on the caution deposit.
Tuition fees by year group (per quarter and annual total for a new admission)
- Nursery
- Tuition fee (per quarter): INR 25,625.
- Total payable for a new admission (Admission fee + Caution + 4 quarters tuition): INR 75,200.
- LKG to Class I
- Tuition fee (per quarter): INR 28,732.
- Total payable for a new admission: INR 78,307.
- Class II
- Tuition fee (per quarter): INR 29,754.
- Total payable for a new admission: INR 79,329.
- Classes III to V
- Tuition fee (per quarter): INR 30,712.
- Total payable for a new admission: INR 80,287.
- Classes VI to X
- Tuition fee (per quarter): INR 31,177.
- Total payable for a new admission: INR 80,752.
- Classes XI & XII
- Tuition fee (per quarter): INR 30,201.
- Total payable for a new admission: INR 79,776.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Billing instalments: Fees are billed quarterly. Deadlines are:
- 1st quarter (April, May, June): at time of admission / by 10th April.
- 2nd quarter (July, August, September): by 10th July.
- 3rd quarter (October, November, December): by 10th October.
- 4th quarter (January, February, March): by 10th January.
- Late‑payment penalties (quarterly fee):
- Within first month after due date: INR 10 per day.
- After one month and within second month: INR 20 per day.
- After two months and within third month: INR 30 per day.
- If fees remain unpaid for more than three months the student may be struck off the rolls; example cumulative late fee if unpaid for 3 months is shown as INR 1,800 by the school's schedule.
- Payment responsibility: Payment of fees is the responsibility of the parents; reminders are a courtesy. Fees once paid are not refundable (see Refund / Withdrawal rules below). No interest is payable on the refundable caution deposit.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not applicable. Saupin's School in Sector 32A functions as a day school; there are transport facilities for day pupils but no boarding charges.
Other costs and fees (examples and how they are handled)
- Transport: Transport is billed separately; transport charges are additional and depend on route/distance and the approved transport fee schedule for the year. Transport availability and the applicable fee depend on the route and number of children on each route. Transport fees are not included in the tuition figures above and are payable separately.
- Uniforms and books: Uniforms, textbooks and stationary are additional costs and are required as per the school's uniform and booklist publications; these charges are not included in the tuition figures and are payable separately at the time(s) specified by the school.
- Examination / board registration or other statutory charges: Where applicable (CBSE registration, board exam fees, activity/club fees, excursions), these charges are additional to the tuition and are billed separately as required. (Such items are specifically itemised by the school when applicable.)
Refund and withdrawal rules
- Admission fee: one‑time admission fee is non‑refundable.
- Caution deposit: refundable but without interest; refund processed after all dues are cleared and formalities completed.
- Fees once paid: the school's policy states that fees once paid will not be refunded.
- Withdrawal notice: Parents withdrawing a child at the end of the session must inform the school in writing by 1st March of that session. Withdrawal during the session requires one month's written notice or payment of one month's fee in lieu of notice; failure to give the required notice may invite an additional minimum charge. Transfer Certificate will be issued only after formalities including clearance of all dues.
Fee payment options
- Online payment via the SchoolPad app (the school's online fee portal) is accepted for quarterly fee payments.
- Bank transfer / NEFT / online bank deposit into the school bank accounts is accepted. School bank details published by the school include:

- Cheque payment to the school office is accepted where indicated (cheques should be drawn in favour of the school as specified by the school at the time of payment). Specific admission forms indicate cheque payment instructions for the admission transaction.
Notes for parents (concise practical points)
- All tuition figures given above are rounded to the rupee and represent the school's published quarterly tuition and the total amount for a new admission package (admission fee + caution + four quarterly tuition instalments) for the academic session published for admissions 2026–27.
- Transport, uniforms, books, examination/registration charges and optional activity fees are additional to the tuition and are charged separately.
