Admission Process: 1. School Inquiry / School Tour. Initiate the process by arranging a school inquiry or a tour of ASIS Chennai. This helps you understand the programs and facilities and provides an opportunity to meet admissions staff. Tours can be arranged by contacting the Admission Counsellor, Ms. The Academic Year runs from July to June and admissions operate on a rolling basis. 2. Initial Document Submission Processing Enrolment Form for the placement process. Submit a photocopy of the child's passport and, if possible, the last two years of academic transcripts. Complete the Enrolment Form as part of the placement process. These documents initiate the placement step and help determine eligibility. 3. Registration Fee. Pay the Registration Form Fee of INR 300. All fees are denominated in INR. The registration payment details specify that the Registration & Development Fee is non-refundable. 4. Interview with Head Teacher / Deputy Head Teacher (for all levels). An interview is conducted with the Head Teacher or Deputy Head Teacher for all levels. If the learner and parents are located abroad, the interview will be conducted via technology at a time arranged by the school. The school will notify the time and platform to be used. 5. Confirmation of Acceptance. Following the interview, the school issues a Confirmation of Acceptance. This confirms placement and initiates the next steps. 6. School Fee Payment. Residential Life: CPS provides a campus hostel for students of Class VI to XII at Global Education Campus, Thirumazhisai, with separate wings for girls and boys. The facility includes modern, spacious hostel rooms, a Residential Head Warden, House Parents and Tutors, dedicated study areas, a 400 m athletic track, and on-site dining and kitchen facilities.

The CPS Dining Hall is 13,000 sq ft and seats about 1,000 students, serving breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner with vegetarian and non-vegetarian kitchens. The school applies a priority system to seat allocation. Seats are released for Space as it becomes available to eligible students in the order by completed date within the listed priority categories. If a sibling requires EAL services and capacity is at issue, the seat is offered to the next eligible applicant, and the sibling remains in a wait pool until both a grade seat and an EAL seat are available. 4. AISC operates rolling admissions and accepts students continuously until the first week of May; an August start typically begins with enrollment in January–February. English is the language of instruction, and English language proficiency is assessed as part of the admission process (EAL support is available as needed). After admission, families must submit health forms and vaccination records and, where applicable, provide a copy of the student's Indian visa.

Waitlist: AISC uses a priority-based system with a wait pool.
