Per‑term / Term Fees

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Fees are billed on a monthly basis for the academic cycle (March–February) and are due by the last day of each month. Parents may also opt to pay the entire academic year in one lump sum. Payment processing times: online payments take 24–48 hours to process; cheque payments take 3–4 business days to clear. No automated phone reminders are issued for monthly payments.
Accepted payment methods and payment process
- Online: Debit card or credit card via the school's payment portal / school app (parents use the school app accounts module or the Qfix payment portal).
- Offline: Pay using the printed monthly fee slip at a local HDFC branch after collecting the slip from the school accounts department.
- In person: Cash, cheque, debit card or credit card accepted at the school accounts department (POS machine) — obtain a receipt on completion.
- NEFT transfers are currently not accepted.
Boarding / hostel fees
- No boarding or hostel facility is provided; no boarding fees apply.
Other costs and recurring extras
- Uniforms and sports/PE kit: The school specifies uniform and PT/PE uniform requirements; uniform items and their purchase costs are additional to the school fees and are arranged through the school's prescribed suppliers. Exact uniform prices are not listed in the fee breakdown documents.
