- Day-boarding (optional): INR 35,000 (applies from Primary/Middle upward where listed; check applicable grade).
- Transport (optional): AC / Non‑AC:
- Within 8 km: AC INR 19,000; Non‑AC INR 18,000.
- More than 8 km in Gwalior: AC INR 29,000; Non‑AC INR 24,000.
- Routes beyond ~25 km (selected areas): AC INR 32,000 (Non‑AC not always available).
- Annual Class Kit / stationery: INR 3,000 (per year, included in A/B components above).
- Caution money (refundable on leaving after ‘No Dues'): INR 6,000.
- Development / Annual charges: CBSE/Cambridge development fees vary by grade (INR 5,000–7,000) and are included in the totals above.
Boarding fees and boarding‑specific charges
- Security deposit for boarders (refundable): INR 15,000.
- Annual boarding & lodging fee (payable in full at session start for discount):
- Grades 3–5: INR 182,000 per year.
- Grades 6–8: INR 205,000 per year.
- Grades 9–10: INR 220,000 per year.
- Grades 11–12: INR 231,000 per year.
- The boarder's annual tuition/academic fee (CBSE or Cambridge A+B+C) is charged in addition to the boarding & lodging fee.
- A separate deposit of INR 15,000 is collected at admission to cover sundries (pocket money / tuck / laundry / minor outings) and is reconciled and reported to parents; medical expenses are charged at actuals.
- Boarding and lodging fees include specified sports coaching (horse‑riding, floorball, skating etc.) where listed.
- Late clearance of boarding dues: late charges apply (daily/percentage/penalty as per the boarding fee policy).
Other one‑off or incidental costs
- Uniforms, textbooks and stationery are charged separately when issued; uniform is mandatory (typically two sets for boarders).
- Examination fees for external exams (CBSE board, Cambridge IGCSE/A‑Levels, checkpoint/checkpoint/AS/A‑Level) are billed separately at registration for those exams.
- Costs for extracurricular trips, tournaments (travel, lodging), external competitions, optional workshops and certain activity‑specific kit may be charged in addition.
- For foreign nationals (except SAARC) surcharges apply on tuition and boarding: CBSE/CAIE academic gross fee surcharge is 25% additional; boarding surcharge is 30% additional on boarding fees (Total A+B and Total A+B for boarding as specified).
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Fees are expressed on an annual basis. Fee collection follows a quarterly invoicing schedule with due dates: 1st quarter by 15 April; 2nd quarter by 10 August; 3rd quarter by 10 November; 4th quarter by 10 February. The academic year is organized in two terms (April–September; October–March).
- First‑term fees are payable at admission; payment in full before the session start (or by 15 April) qualifies for a 10% rebate on the fee.
- Late payment penalties: late fee charges are applied (up to 10% of unpaid fee for general tuition schedule; boarding late clearance and other late charges are specified separately, including specified per‑day or percentage penalties).
- In case of withdrawal, the next quarter's fee may be charged if proper notice is not provided as required. Certain processing/administration fees are non‑refundable (see Refunds below).
Refunds and refundable items
- Caution Money (security deposit) is refundable at the time of leaving the school after a ‘No Dues' clearance: INR 6,000 (academic caution) and boarding security refundable INR 15,000.
- Registration/Prospectus/Development/School‑kit fees are generally non‑refundable once deposited.
- Registration fee may be adjustable after admission is granted; if admission is not granted a processing deduction (10%) may apply when refunding registration (processing) amounts.
- Parents should follow the school's published withdrawal and ‘no‑dues' process to obtain refunds of refundable deposits.
Payment methods and practical payment notes
- Accepted methods include cash, cheque and online bank transfer / electronic payment as indicated on the school admission/payment forms.
- Boarding and lodging fees are normally expected to be paid in full at the start of the session if parents seek any associated discount; late clearance of fees and dues may attract additional charges (percentage per month or daily late fees as specified).
Administrative notes for parents
- Textbooks, uniforms, exam registration fees and certain activity charges are billed separately and must be paid when issued or at the time of registration.
- Any optional services (bus, day‑boarding, special coaching, trips) are payable in addition to the annual totals shown above.
