Billing schedule and payment terms
- Fees are collected in three instalments: the 1st instalment at the time of admission, the 2nd instalment in June, and the 3rd instalment in September. Payments are itemised into admission charge, school tuition component, boarding component (if applicable), and a separate books & stationery charge where applicable. Late-payment penalties are not specified in the fee schedule.
Boarding fees and boarder-specific charges
- Boarding component (per instalment) is INR 42,000 for all listed year groups; this boarding amount appears in each instalment where boarding applies.
- Boarders are required to deposit pocket money of INR 2,000 at the beginning of the session; a monthly pocket allowance of INR 200 is issued from the front office.
Other costs and additional fees
- Books and stationery are supplied through RS Enterprises at a charge shown as INR 20,000 (listed in the instalment breakdown). School uniform items (games uniform, house T‑shirts, tracks, school tie, pullover, socks, jackets, etc.) are purchased separately and the cost is borne by parents.
- The following items are charged extra in addition to the instalments: ICSE/ISC registration; CISCE board examination fees for Grades X and XII; winter coaching for Grades X and XII; extra tuitions; and some extracurricular activity fees (dance, karate, keyboard, guitar, art, etc.).

Fee payment options
- Payments may be made by bank transfer to the school's designated accounts (separate accounts are provided for general school fees and for boarding fees). Online payment via ICICI Bank's eazyPay portal is supported for fee payments. Parents are instructed to select the correct state and institution, choose the fee category, provide payer details, and retain the receipt or screenshot as proof of payment. Specific account numbers and IFSC codes are provided for bank transfers.
