Billing schedule and payment terms
- Billing schedule: tuition and applicable transport fees are billed quarterly. Payments are due before 10 April, 10 July, 10 October and 10 January each year.
- Early‑payment discount: 5% discount on the Annual Composite Fee if the entire year is deposited in a single installment by 10 April. Sibling concession: 10% discount for the younger sibling (applies to Annual Composite Fees or tuition as specified).
- Late payment penalties: the fee guide indicates that payments arriving later than the due dates attract a late fee (commonly stated as INR 100 per day for the next 5 days in the annual composite fee notes). The Fee Submission Policy section also states a late fee penalty of INR 50 per day for the next 5 days for specified fee lines; continuing non‑payment may affect the student's account status and services.
- Allocation order for payments: amounts deposited are credited first to tuition, then to transport, and then to examination or other charges.
- Seat/withdrawal notice: transfers or withdrawals for the following academic year must be informed in advance (by 10 March or at least two months before the end of the current academic year, per the policy); failure to give the required notice may result in charging the following academic year's fee in lieu of notice.
Boarding / hostel fees
- No boarding or hostel fees are specified in the published fee guide. If boarding is required, separate boarding fees are not listed in the fee schedule.
Other costs and typical additional charges
- The Annual Composite Fee does not include: uniforms; textbooks; stationery; additional individual subject support or tuition where applicable; off‑campus sports/activities; educational tours; college application costs; specialized individual project costs (Design Technology, Visual Arts, Science projects), pocket money, insurance, or IB examination fees (where applicable). Examination costs for IB board examinations are chargeable extra.
- Miscellaneous administrative charge: duplicates of any official documents are charged INR 100 each.
Refund and cancellation policy
- Fees stated in the fee schedule are non‑refundable. No fees will be refunded and fees will stand forfeited if a student is unable to complete the school session during the term for any reason. Failure to complete withdrawal/transfer formalities within the specified time frames may result in the following academic year's fees being charged in lieu of notice.
