If a pupil joins and withdraws before 30 April, per‑day fees for the period of attendance plus an additional charge are forfeited (residential policy: one quarter extra fee; day‑boarders page notes a three‑month extra fee where applicable).
- Existing pupils: A minimum written notice of three months is required prior to the end of the academic year (latest by 31 December). If withdrawal occurs after the academic year has commenced (1 April), an additional quarter's fee (or the first term for day‑boarders) will be charged/forfeited and the school will clear the leaving certificate only after dues are settled.
- School‑initiated withdrawal: Fees may be retained and written notice provided if a pupil is withdrawn for reasons such as non‑payment of fees, prolonged unexplained absence, persistent misconduct, or behaviour detrimental to the school community.
