Application / registration fees
- An application/registration step is part of admissions and a registration fee is charged at application/registration; the school's published 2026–27 tuition table lists term tuition amounts but does not include a line item showing a published application/registration amount on the tuition table page. The school's mandatory disclosures reference a full fee-structure document (linked in the school's public disclosures).
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is billed by term (three terms per academic year). The school issues payment windows for each term; for the 2026–27 year the first-installment payment window for Grades I–XII was scheduled from 20 March 2026 to 6 April 2026. Parents complete payments through the Parent Portal.
- Payment timing and documentary notes: cheques for fee payment should be dropped to the designated bank branch at least four working days before materials collection; the Parent Portal login is used to view fee details and generate bank challans when using offline bank payment. Online payments should be made only via the school's Parent Portal.
Payment methods / fee payment options
- Online via the school's payment gateway through the Parent Portal / mobile apps (Android: TIPS Global; iOS: TIPS Live) — card and payment-gateway transactions are supported through the portal.
- Offline by bank challan (printable from the Parent Portal and payable at the bank branch) or by cheque as directed by the school (cheque drop instructions supplied in portal/circulars).
- The school's parent circular for the 2026–27 first term states that NEFT/IMPS/RTGS to the beneficiary account are no longer available for fee payment and directs parents to use the Parent Portal payment gateway or the bank challan option. Contact numbers for fee-related clarifications were provided in that circular.
Boarding / residential fees
- The Salem campus operates as a day school (no boarding residences are provided at the Salem campus). No boarding fees apply for the Salem campus.
Transport, uniform, books and other additional costs
- Transport: A school transport service (doorstep pick-up/drop in air‑conditioned vehicles with safety measures and route planning) is provided; transport is charged separately to families (route/fee details are handled through the Transport Coordinator and the Parent Portal).
- Uniform and books: The school schedules book & uniform distribution dates each term (the 2026–27 first‑term circular lists the distribution dates by grade). Uniform and book costs and any material charges are handled as separate line items in the school's fee schedule and through the Parent Portal.
- Other possible additional costs: activity/exam fees, camps, special classes, elective course charges or optional trips may be charged in addition to tuition; such charges are issued as separate line items to parents through the school's fee schedule and Parent Portal.
Refund information
- The school's published tuition table for AY 2026–27 provides term tuition amounts. A general tuition refund schedule or a line-item refund policy is not published alongside that tuition table on the school's tuition page; the school's mandatory public disclosures reference a full fee-structure document that sets out the school's full schedule of charges. Parents receive the school's published fee schedule and circulars (via the Parent Portal / circulars) which specify any deposit/registration non‑refundability or other refund terms applicable to specific fee items.
Practical notes for parents (what to expect when paying fees)
- Expect tuition billed per term (three times a year) with per-term amounts as listed above; annual totals equal three times the per-term amounts.
- Use the TIPS Parent Portal (web or mobile app) to view fee statements, pay online via the payment gateway, or to download bank challans for offline payment. Cheques are accepted per the school's circular instructions (cheque timing and drop-off rules published in circulars).
