Billing schedule and payment terms
- All annual fees are payable in two equal instalments. The first instalment is due at the time of admission; the second instalment is due by 10 September. Payment after the due date incurs a late fine of 2% per month on arrears; non‑payment for three months may attract an additional 4% per month and may result in the student's name being struck off the rolls.
Student personal imprest account
- Indian students must maintain a personal imprest account with a minimum balance of INR 30,000; international students must maintain USD 500. The imprest is used for personal expenses and must be replenished as requested by the school. Typical items charged to the imprest include uniforms, quilts/blankets, textbooks and stationery, telephone/photocopy, educational tours/field trips/adventure camps/treks, medical requirements, escort charges for travel, drop/pickup charges (e.g., Chandigarh airport/railway station), examination fees payable to boards, toiletries and repairs to personal belongings, and other personal or activity‑related expenses not covered by tuition/boarding.
Fee payment methods and bank details
- Fee payments for Indian residents are accepted by bank transfer (RTGS/NEFT). Fee payments for international students are accepted by wire transfer. The beneficiary name given for transfers is Change Makers Society and the beneficiary bank is ICICI Bank; IFSC and SWIFT details are provided for electronic transfers. Use the school's beneficiary and bank details when making RTGS/NEFT or wire transfers.
Boarding fees
- Boarding charges are itemized separately from tuition and are included above as the boarding component of the annual fee for each class group. Boarding amounts (annual) by year group are: Class 1–5 INR 154,000; Class 6 INR 271,000; Class 7 INR 285,000; Class 8 INR 298,000; Class 9 INR 311,000; Class 11 INR 324,000.
Other costs and optional charges
- Uniforms (and quilts/blankets), textbooks and stationery, educational tours and adventure activities, medical expenses, drop/pickup or escort charges for travel to/from airports or railway stations, boarder personal items and repairs, telephone/photocopy and similar incidental charges, and examination fees payable to boards are charged in addition to the annual tuition and boarding fees and are normally covered from the student's personal imprest account. Additional miscellaneous or activity‑specific costs not specifically listed are the responsibility of parents.
Refund information and discounts
- Registration and Admission fees are explicitly non‑refundable. The Security Deposit is refundable. A sibling discount of 10% on annual boarding and tuition fee is offered to the younger sibling while an elder sibling remains enrolled; the discount is applicable only if fees are paid within the stipulated period.
Penalties and important rules
- Late payment penalty: 2% per month on arrears; if dues remain unpaid beyond three months a further 4% per month may be levied and the student's enrolment may be jeopardized. Application submission and payment of the registration fee do not guarantee admission. Fee amounts are subject to revision by the school and management.
