Billing schedule and payment terms

Refund and withdrawal rules

Boarding Arrangements

Boarding is on campus in three residential complexes—one for boarders, one for boys and girls, and a third for teachers and staff. The three-storey residences are air-conditioned and designed for safety, comfort and aesthetic living. Each air-conditioned bedroom accommodates three students, with a bed, wardrobe and a study table. A study lounge with an ICT network node is on every floor to provide a private study environment. Care is provided by the Housemaster, Floor Parents and School Counselors.

Uniform Requirement

Uniform is required for all students. The formal uniform consists of a shirt, trousers/shorts/skirt, tie, belt, socks and shoes; in winter Grades 6–12 wear a blazer while Nur to Grade 5 wear a sweater; the skirt should be two inches above the knee and must be worn with blue tights (leggings are not permitted). Sports uniform consists of a T-shirt, track pants/shorts, a jacket and sports shoes.

Food Options

Three full meals a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and mid-morning and afternoon snacks are served. The kitchens are well equipped and the menus are varied, reflecting multiple cultural styles.

House System

There is a house system. Each house has a tutor coordinator, a House Captain and Prefects. Inter-house activities and competitions are held during the year, with a house points system to determine the Best House at the end of term.

Governance and Ownership

Navrachana International School Vadodara is an Institution of Navrachana Education Society, a charitable trust. It is managed by an Executive Committee appointed by the Board of Trustees. This aligns the application with the intended academic year and grade level. Step 5: Fill in all information and upload photographs. Enter all required information and upload the photographs of the student, father, and mother in JPEG format under 1 MB. The uploads create the core profile for the applicant in the system. Step 6: Create a password and remember form number. Create a password and remember it for future reference along with the admission form number. This enables secure access to the application and tracking of its status. Step 7: Pay online and print E-receipt. Click the online payment option and complete the payment. Print the E-receipt for your records. This provides official payment proof for the application submission. Step 8: Produce hard copy of E-Receipt during personal interaction. Produce the hard copy of the E-Receipt at the time of personal interaction at the school. This ensures the submission is linked to the in-person meeting. Step 9: Admissions windows and planning.
