Per-term amounts (calculation based on school calendar showing two terms per academic year)
- Note: the per-term figures below are calculated by dividing the published annual amounts by two because the published school calendar identifies Term 1 and Term 2 for the academic year; invoices and the enrolment contract refer to fees by term and by year. Per-term figures are therefore: (Annual fee ÷ 2).
- Foundation (per term): Tuition USD 1,510; Meals USD 220; Total USD 1,730.

- Student accident insurance, educational resources and various subscriptions/activities are charged as part of other educational fees referenced in the enrolment contract; amounts for these items are invoiced separately where applicable.
- Uniforms and school bag: Uniform is compulsory. School uniform items and PBIS school bags are available from the PBIS store; the enrolment contract requires all students to wear full uniform and specifies uniform standards. (Individual item prices are not listed in the published fee summary.)
Sibling discount
- Sibling discount applied to tuition: 4% discount for the eldest child, 8% for the second child, and 12% for the third and subsequent children. Sibling discounts cannot be combined with other discount schemes.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- The enrolment contract establishes the financial commitment for the full academic year. All school fees must be fully paid before 31 July for the upcoming academic year. The school may refuse entry, withhold reports, or reassign a place if fees are outstanding. A late payment charge of 2% per month applies to overdue invoices.
- For new students enrolling after the academic year has started, tuition may be calculated on a monthly pro-rata basis (a 10‑month basis is used to calculate pro-rata charges), and exact deadlines for those invoices are set on the invoice.
- Re-enrolment: the advance payment on tuition fees to secure re-enrolment is non-refundable, and re-enrolment deadline is 30 March for the next academic year.
Refunds and cancellations
- Cancellation before the academic year starts: 50% of the tuition fee is refundable (non-refundable fees such as registration are not reimbursed).
- Cancellation after the academic year starts: only lunch (meal) fees and bus/transport services are refundable on a pro-rata basis; tuition and other educational fees are not refunded except as provided in exceptional circumstances.
- In force majeure events the school may move to alternative delivery (for example, online) and will not refund tuition; unexpended funds for items such as lunches or extra‑curricular activities may be credited for future semesters as described in the enrolment contract.
Boarding fees
- Boarding: Not applicable. The Savannakhet campus is presented as a day campus with no boarding facilities or boarding fees published for this campus.
Fee invoicing and payment instructions
- The school issues invoices and expects settlement of those invoices by the stated deadlines; the enrolment contract and fee documents reference invoices, payment deadlines, and penalties for late payment. Specific accepted payment methods and any bank or payment details are provided on the school's invoice or by the Admissions / Finance Office in the invoice documentation.
Notes (presentation)
- All figures above are published fee items for the published 2026–2027 fee schedule (annual amounts) and per-term figures shown above were calculated by dividing the published annual amounts by two, consistent with the published school calendar that identifies two terms in the academic year.
