Billing schedule and payment terms
- Payment frequencies accepted: monthly, per trimester or per half school year. Trimester payments are due in September, December and March. Semi‑annual payments are due in September and February. A 2% discount applies to trimester prepayments and a 3% discount applies to semi‑annual prepayments (discounted sums are reflected in the trimester / half‑year amounts).
- Invoicing: an electronic invoice is sent to the parent/guardian (e‑mail) by the 7th day of each month. Payment is due within the deadline on the invoice but no later than five days after receipt, by executing a money transfer to the bank account indicated on the invoice; the payment date is the date the funds are received in that account. Late payment may incur penalties (contractual rules apply).
- Late payment penalty: a penalty of 10% of the amount not paid in due time may be imposed for late payment. A contractual penalty for late collection of pupils after school hours applies (EUR 15 per child per occasion).
Boarding / internat
- Boarding is not listed among the school's fee headings or services; fees and tariffs published cover day‑school tuition, catering, clubs, childcare and related services. No boarding fee is charged because the school does not operate boarding facilities.

- School supplies / study materials (annual, per pupil): Preschool: EUR 165; Primary: EUR 165; Collège (Middle school): EUR 275; Lycée: EUR 275. These amounts are invoiced once per year and are payable before the school year (by 15 July).

- Catering (meals): there is a fixed part and a variable part. The fixed part (EUR 25 per month per student from 01/09/2024) is added to the tuition fee; the variable part is charged per day attended and invoiced monthly. Catering is payable for the days the student actually attended.

Refunds and cancellations
- The registration fee (membership/registration) is non‑refundable and is not transferred to the next school year if the student does not commence studies at the planned time. In exceptional cases the Board of the Association may decide to reduce, transfer or refund the registration fee.
- The capital fee is non‑refundable. In exceptional cases the Board may decide to reduce, transfer or refund it.
- Study (tuition) fees: tuition is charged for each month of the school year and is payable in full regardless of absence; reductions / refunds of the study fee are not provided for ordinary absence. Exceptional fee adjustments or refunds may be decided by the Board in exceptional circumstances.
Fee payment options and administrative details
- Invoicing is electronic; the invoice specifies the bank account to which payment must be made. Payment is to be made by money transfer to the account indicated on the invoice; the invoice payment deadline is stated on the invoice and payment must be executed within that period (the school treats the payment date as the date funds are credited to the account). The school's regulations set out the procedure to request splitting the capital fee into instalments (contact the finance director by e‑mail). No published fee schedules specify credit‑card acceptance as a standard payment method; bank transfer is the required method indicated in the financial regulations.
For clarity: the amounts above are the published tariffs for the 2025/2026 academic year and the billing / payment rules are those published in the school's financial regulations.
