Application / registration fees
- Rights of entry into the MLF network (payable on first inscription): USD 1,000 for families without a sibling already enrolled; USD 800 where a brother/sister is already enrolled.
- File-opening fee (ouverture de dossier): USD 50.
- Required pre‑registration deposit (acompte): an advance equal to 10% of the previous year's total tuition (LBP + USD) payable in the April–June period; this deposit is deducted from the second invoice. If the family withdraws and notifies the school before 30 June, the deposit is refunded; after 30 June the deposit is retained by the school.
Tuition (summary for 2026/27 and detailed 2025/26 figures)
- 2026/27 (official financial regulation): the USD portion of annual tuition is USD 2,900 for the 2026–2027 school year. The portion billed in Lebanese pounds (LBP) for 2026–2027 will be definitively fixed by 31 January 2027; until that finalisation the LBP component is not set.
- 2025/26 (detailed reference figures used where 2026/27 LBP amounts are not yet final): annual tuition components for 2025–2026 are shown below as separate USD (contribution) and LBP amounts. Each annual amount is presented as (USD part) + (LBP part); per‑term amounts are shown as one‑third of the annual amount (three invoiced periods). All per‑term values are exact one‑third splits of the stated annual components (rounded to two decimals for USD, and to the nearest LBP unit for LBP):
- Preschool / Maternelle (Petite Section, PS):
- Annual: USD 2,200 + LBP 327,650,000.
- Per term (1/3): USD 733.33 + LBP 109,216,667.
- Maternelle (Moyenne/Grande Section, MS/GS):
- Annual: USD 2,900 (standard contribution for older cycles) + LBP 327,000,000.
- Per term (1/3): USD 966.67 + LBP 109,000,000.
- Primary (CP – CM2):
- Annual: USD 2,900 + LBP 331,220,000.
- Per term (1/3): USD 966.67 + LBP 110,406,667.
- Collège (Sixième – Troisième):
- Annual: USD 2,900 + LBP 340,100,000.
- Per term (1/3): USD 966.67 + LBP 113,366,667.
- Lycée (Seconde – Première – Terminale):
- Annual: USD 2,900 + LBP 349,000,000.
- Per term (1/3): USD 966.67 + LBP 116,333,333.
- Sibling reductions (applied to both currency parts where stated):
- For the 2026/27 financial regulation: a 15% reduction is applied from the third child.
- For the 2025/26 materials the sibling reductions noted were applied as: 10% on the 3rd child, 15% on the 4th child and 20% on the 5th and subsequent children (these are the reductions shown for that year). Apply the sibling reduction percentage to each currency component where the policy is applicable.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Invoicing is done in three periods; invoices are payable within 15 days of issue. The three billing moments are:
- an initial call (appel de fonds) issued from 30 September (acompte on the year in course, amount validated at 31 January);
- a second invoice issued 1 February (covers second term and regularisation of the first term deposit according to the final tariff set by authorities);
- a third invoice issued 1 April (covers the third term).
- An additional mandated advance: an amount equal to 10% of the prior year's tuition is due no later than 15 June of year N‑1; this advance is deducted from the second invoice. On request and with approval, a payment schedule (monthly instalments for a trimester) can be granted but must be formalised in writing and respected.
- Late payment: after two reminders, a formal notice is issued; a 5% penalty on overdue tuition is applied beyond the deadline noted in the first reminder. The school may refer unpaid accounts to legal collection and will charge judicial costs to the debtor. Entire outstanding tuition is prioritised over ancillary services when applying payments.
Boarding (pension/internat)
- No boarding (internat) fees are listed in the school's financial information for the 2026/27 financial regulation and the 2025/26 admissions materials; tuition and services are presented as day‑school charges. Transport and catering are organised and billed separately by third‑party providers. If a boarding program were to exist it would be specified and charged separately.
Other obligatory and optional fees
- Other obligatory annual items or charges (charged in addition to tuition):
- Examination registration fees for official exams (for classes that sit state or French exams: 3ème, 1ère, Terminale).
- Identity photos for exam classes (3ème, 1ère, Terminale).
- Mandatory medical visit fees where applicable.
- Penalties, replacements (e.g., replacement of the carnet de correspondance), charges for damage and other administrative penalties.
- Optional / ancillary charges (invoiced when the service is taken):
- Committee of parents annual contribution: LBP 3,000,000 per pupil per year (invoiced at first term when the option is selected online).
- Caisse de solidarité contribution (voluntary): options shown per year include LBP 3,000,000 / 6,000,000 / 9,000,000 or a free amount, or the USD equivalents (USD 30 / 60 / 90 or a free amount).
- Extracurricular activities, after‑school clubs, field trips, classes découvertes, language certification fees, non‑mandatory medical visits, snacks for kindergarten and similar items are charged separately.
- Transport and school catering are provided by third‑party Lebanese companies and billed directly by those providers or via the school but are separate from the tuition invoice.
Uniforms, manuals and supplies
- A specific school uniform supplier is referenced in admissions materials; uniform costs and schoolbooks/manuals are billed or purchased separately according to the published lists of supplies. Manuals, supplies and uniform costs are additional to the tuition figures above.
Refunds and credit handling
- The pre‑registration deposit (acompte) is refundable if the family withdraws in writing before 30 June of the inscription year; if withdrawal notice comes after 30 June the deposit is retained by the school. Any overpayments (trop‑perçus) are refunded on simple written request in case of definitive departure; absent a request and after the legal prescription period (5 years) remaining credits become the property of the establishment. Any departure during a started term does not open a right to a proportional refund for that term (every started trimester is fully due).
Fee payment options and practical notes
- The exact accepted payment methods are specified on each invoice sent to families (modes de paiement are printed on the invoice). Families receive invoices by e‑mail at least two weeks before each due date; the school uses the EDUKA platform for family contacts and billing communications. Transport and catering suppliers bill under their own conditions.
- When instalment schedules are agreed they must be respected; failure to meet a single monthly instalment under a granted schedule makes the whole outstanding tuition immediately due. A written, signed schedule is required for any monthly payment plan.
Short practical summary for parents (factual highlights)
- Expect tuition to be composed of a USD component (USD 2,900 for 2026–2027) plus a LBP component which is fixed annually (the LBP component for 2026–2027 is finalised by 31 January 2027). Payments are billed in three terms (Sep/Feb/Apr) and are due within 15 days; a 10% deposit is required in mid‑June and is deducted from the February invoice. Entry charges and a file‑opening fee apply at first inscription. Multiple child discounts apply from the third child (15% noted in the 2026/27 financial regulation). Overpayments are refundable on request; deposits are refundable only if cancellation is notified before 30 June. Transport, meals and extras are billed separately.
