Application fees
- There are no application or registration fees for the École internationale Edward Steichen; enrollment in the public international sections is not subject to tuition or registration charges.
Tuition fees by school year (per term / per year group)
- There are no tuition fees for any year group (Early Education/maternelle, Primary, Secondary). No per-term or per-year tuition is charged.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Because the school does not charge tuition, there is no tuition billing schedule or term billing for enrollment.
- Optional paid services are billed by their respective operators according to those operators' schedules and terms (see the Canteen/Restopolis and the one2one iPad programme below for payment flows).
Boarding fees (internat)
- The school operates as a day school; there are no boarding (internat) facilities and therefore no boarding fees.
Other costs or fees
- School meals: The school cafeteria is run through the national Restopolis service. Meal prices vary by menu and by the tariff category; meals are paid via the school's digital canteen account system (myCard / Restopolis account) and are not part of tuition. Parents top up the canteen account and transactions are visible in the service.
- Textbooks: Textbooks for pupils in the public school system are provided under the myBooks scheme (free schoolbook lists are available via the ministry service). There is no per-year tuition charge for textbooks.
- one2one / iPad classes: The school runs iPad (one2one) classes; the one2one service documents cover the type of hardware provided and note that incidents (loss, damage, replacement) and any related invoices or rental arrangements are handled via the one2one procedures. Charges related to device rental, damage or replacement are handled separately from tuition.
- Extracurricular activities, school trips and specific materials: Certain optional activities, trips, workshops or external courses may require separate parent contributions or fees; such costs are charged on a case-by-case basis by the activity organiser or partner and are distinct from school tuition.
- After‑school care / Maison Relais: After‑school care on the Reuler campus is provided by the Maison Relais structure; charges for Maison Relais services follow the operators' local tariff rules and are billed separately from school tuition.
Refund information
- There are no tuition refunds because no tuition is charged. Refunds or credit adjustments for optional paid services (canteen account top-ups, Maison Relais fees, one2one device charges) are handled according to the rules of the service provider (Restopolis, the one2one programme, or the Maison Relais operator). Account histories and top-ups for the canteen are managed through the Restopolis system.
Fee payment options
- Canteen payments: paid via the Restopolis / myCard account system (digital top-up and electronic payment at the school restaurant).
- one2one / device charges and other service charges: billed and collected according to the operator's procedures (one2one programme or local provider); payment modalities (electronic invoice, bank transfer or account charging) follow those providers' terms.
Summary statement
- The École internationale Edward Steichen is a public day school with no application fees and no tuition charged for any year group. Optional paid services (meals, device programmes, after‑school care, extracurricular trips or materials) are billed separately by the relevant service operators and are paid through the operators' established systems (Restopolis/myCard for meals, one2one procedures for iPad classes, and local Maison Relais arrangements for after‑school care).
