Billing schedule and payment terms

- Tuition is scheduled and billed in two terms: first term due July and second term due January, per the 2026/2027 fee policy. All eligible tuition discounts are deductible from the second term tuition payment.
- Enrolment fee (MOP 8,000) is non‑refundable and is applied against the tuition of the relevant academic year. The Supplementary Service Fee (MOP 2,000) is charged in the fee schedule.
- A late charge of MOP 2,000 will be applied if a related tuition payment has not been paid by the payment due date. For students with outstanding tuition fees the school reserves the right to withdraw the student and withhold report cards and certificates until all fees are settled.

Discounts and incentives

Refund information

- Refund for the first term of tuition (excluding the enrolment fee) is available if the school receives a withdrawal notice by 14 August 2026; a 10% administrative fee on the first term tuition will be applied. For withdrawals on or after 15 August 2026 the tuition is non‑refundable, with exceptions considered on a case‑by‑case basis.

Late payments and consequences

- A late charge of MOP 2,000 applies to overdue tuition payments. The school may remove a student from enrolment and will withhold report cards and certificates until outstanding fees are paid in full.
