Billing schedule and payment terms
- Payment is split into three instalments. The general instalment windows for the 2026/27 year: first instalment for returning and new students is scheduled by year group in June–July 2026 (specific dates vary by year group), second instalment for all students 01–04 December 2026, and third instalment 15–19 March 2027. A late-payment administrative charge of MOP 500.00 is applied if tuition is not paid by the stipulated deadline. Families with three or more children enrolled receive a reduction in tuition liability.
- Automatic debit enrolment: parents may enroll in the school's automatic payment service (BCM or BNU). If enrolled, the debit for the first instalment is scheduled (example deadline/charge date shown as) 14 July. Exact enrolment deadlines and steps to authorize the automatic debit must be completed in advance of the debit date. Electronic bank-payment methods and bank-transfer options are accepted (details below).
Fee payment options
- Automatic debit from a Macau bank account (Banco Comercial de Macau — BCM, or Banco Nacional Ultramarino — BNU). The automatic-debit service requires submission of the school's authorization form by the stated deadline; scheduled debit dates apply.
- BNU online banking payment for BNU customers.
- Bank transfer or deposit to the school BNU account (Account No. 9016845040); payment proof must be emailed identifying the student to pagamentos@epmacau.edu.mo. Credit-card payment is not listed among the standard options provided in the school payment instructions.
Boarding / Accommodation fees
- The school's public information and facilities listings describe on-site facilities (canteen, classrooms, laboratories, gymnasium, climbing wall, playground and other day-school facilities) and do not list boarding or residential accommodation as a school service. No boarding fees are specified or published.
Other costs and typical ancillary fees
- Lunch (canteen): MOP 45 per meal (student lunch price shown in the school price list). Lockers: refundable deposit MOP 100 (small) / MOP 200 (large). Photocopy and printing, certificates and document fees, appeal/deposit fees, issuance fees and various administrative charges are listed individually in the school's price table. Examples from the published price table include: certificate fees (basic education certificate MOP 275; secondary certificate MOP 330), exam-appeal deposit MOP 550, photocopies (black A4 MOP 2; colour A3 MOP 8), and a range of extra-curricular course fees (many ACCs free; some specialised activities and courses are charged — e.g., certain climbing, gym or arts classes with specific fees). School-provided textbooks and some classroom materials are sold at listed prices.
- Uniform: school uniform pieces are purchased from specified local uniform suppliers (Fat Lei Fashion; G-SCHAFE; Pan Pan Uniform Specialist). The school publishes uniform rules and vendor contacts but does not list a central school-set uniform price; uniform costs are determined by those suppliers. Uniform is compulsory as described in the school uniform policy.
Refund information
- There is no published tuition refund schedule or refund procedure included in the school's public fee notices and price documents for the 2026/27 year. The registration fee is charged at the time of application and applied against tuition; specific refund conditions for registration or tuition are not set out in the published fee notices.
Penalties and special conditions
- Late payment penalty: MOP 500.00 administrative charge applies if tuition is not paid within the deadlines specified for each instalment. Families with three or more enrolled children are eligible for a reduction in tuition payable. Dates for first-instalment payment differ by year group; new-student first-instalment windows are specified by year group in the enrolment/matriculation schedule.
Notes on transactional details
- When paying by bank transfer or deposit, parents/guardians must send the payment receipt/proof and the student name to pagamentos@epmacau.edu.mo for reconciliation. Automatic-debit forms and bank-specific authorisation forms (BCM/BNU) are used for the school's direct-debit service; the bank debit date is scheduled once authorization is in place. Credit-card payment is not presented as a standard payment method in the school's published payment options.
