Application and one‑time fees
- Application Fee: RM 1,000 (one‑time). Non‑refundable and non‑transferable.
- Registration Fee: RM 2,000 (payable within 14 days of the enrolment offer). Non‑refundable and non‑transferable.
- Enrolment Deposit: RM 5,000 per student, payable upon confirmation of visa approval. Refundable with written notice of withdrawal at least 90 days (3 months) prior to the planned withdrawal date, after deduction of any amounts owed.
Tuition fees by year group (termly and annual)
- Class 1–4: RM 6,240 per term. Annual total RM 24,960 (RM 6,240 × 4).
- Class 5–8: RM 7,140 per term. Annual total RM 28,560 (RM 7,140 × 4).
- Class 9–12: RM 7,740 per term. Annual total RM 30,960 (RM 7,740 × 4).
- Example first‑year cost for a new Grade 1 enrolment (tuition plus one‑time fees in the first year): RM 32,960 (RM 24,960 tuition + RM 1,000 application + RM 2,000 registration + RM 5,000 deposit).
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Program fees are payable before the 1st of the month preceding the new term. Annual fee payment is due by 31 December for the academic year commencing in January. Termly payments are due before the 1st of the month preceding each quarter (examples: by 31 December, 31 March, 30 June and 30 September).
- Other fees and dues are payable within 21 calendar days of the invoice date.
- Fees and dues are subject to annual review and may be revised. Interest at 6% per annum is charged on overdue account balances.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not listed as a programme offering; no boarding fees are applicable. The school operates on a day‑school schedule.
Other compulsory and optional costs
- Material Fees: RM 200 per student per term. A full term material fee applies if the student joins during the term or withdraws during the term.
- Laboratory Fees (applicable to C6–C12 only): C6–8: RM 35 per student per term; C9–12: RM 70 per student per term. Full term laboratory fee applies if the student joins during or withdraws during the term.
- Building Fund: RM 150 per student per term. Full term building fund applies if the student joins during or withdraws during the term.
- Insurance (Personal Accident): RM 40 per student per annum.
- Lunch: Optional and not included in tuition; lunch fees are paid directly to the caterer on an order basis.
- Uniform: No uniform requirement is listed.
Discounts and concessions
- Sibling discount: 2nd child and onwards receive 10% off termly attendance fees.
- Large‑family discount: For families with four or more siblings enrolled concurrently, the school may consider additional discounts; the 4th child and onwards enrolled concurrently may receive a 20% discount (subject to the school's discretion).
- Advance payment discount: A 3% discount on the annual school fee is offered when the annual fee for each student is paid in full on or before 31 December.
Refunds and withdrawal rules

- Credit card: Payment by credit card may be possible with the authorisation of the Business Manager; a surcharge will apply where credit‑card payment is accepted.
- Overdue accounts: Interest charged at 6% per annum on overdue balances.

- Material, laboratory and building fund fees are charged per full term and apply in full if a student joins or withdraws mid‑term.
