Compass School Budva Campus delivers the Chinese National Curriculum and, at the Budva site, combines two education systems: a traditional classroom program aligned with FGOS (Russian Federal State Educational Standards) and an individualized learning route. Classes are small, with 10–12 students per class, and there is a strong emphasis on intensive English study with five lessons per week, ongoing assessments, and support from a psychologist and a speech therapist. The school day is organized into three blocks: Academic (3–4 lessons per day), Development (music, creativity, psychologist-led sessions, theatre, and a reading room), and Free Time (board games, socializing, and outdoor activities). The curriculum includes activities such as chess, robotics, drawing, cooking, and theatre, plus regular excursions around Montenegro and integrated foreign-language study. The Senior School Budva hosts a Physics–Mathematics–IT department and offers 19 directions and specializations, including mathematics, IT, biology and medicine, art, psychology, and economics. Electives, master classes, and an inter-school project conference reinforce student research and university preparation.
