- New‑student capital fee (one‑off, charged on first admission): USD 11,000.

- High School (upper secondary): published tuition for upper grades is in the higher end of the post‑primary range; use USD 36,700 per year as the upper‑grade figure. Per term (quarter): USD 9,175. Per semester: USD 18,350.
(Note: the school publishes a small VAT treatment on specified charges; tuition figures above are shown before the applicable 5% VAT reference used in published comparisons. Optional first‑year entry charges such as the new‑student capital fee and the application charge are additional to the annual tuition invoice. )
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Invoice and instalment options: Tuition may be invoiced annually (single payment) or in two equal payments per semester according to the approved fee schedule; some families choose instalment timing consistent with the school calendar. Per‑term billing (quarters) is used operationally for withdrawal/refund calculations.
- Currency and accepted payment methods: Payments are accepted in local currency or in U.S. dollars. Acceptable methods include check, direct deposit or bank transfer; payments must be net of transaction charges and proof of transfer must be provided to the Business Office.
- Late payment and non‑payment: If accounts are not paid by established dates, penalties may be charged; registration may be cancelled for non‑payment at the end of a semester (December/June) until full payment is received. No student records (reports, transcripts, diplomas) are released while accounts remain unpaid.
- Family discount: Families with more than two students enrolled receive a 10% tuition discount on the subsequent (third and later) enrolled child; the discount applies to the last child enrolled. All other fees (capital, application, supplemental services) are charged at full cost.
Transportation / bus fees
- For the 2026–2027 academic year, the school has discontinued the regular school bus service due to low ridership; transportation fees are not being billed for that year. If bus service is available in other years, transportation is listed as a separate optional fee.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not an operating component of AISM's standard offer; the school functions as a day school and does not publish boarding fees. (Providers and directories list AISM as a day school.)
Other costs and typical additional charges
- New‑student capital fee and application fee (first‑year cash requirement) are charged in addition to tuition; first‑year cash outlay therefore includes tuition plus these one‑off charges.
- Optional and recurring additional costs commonly charged separately: school meals, school‑organised trips, extracurricular activities, uniforms, learning‑support services, individual therapy or specialist services, exam or assessment fees (external exams or IB registration), and textbook or device costs. These items are invoiced separately as applicable.
- Supplemental service fees (examples of the types of chargeable services): English as an Additional Language (EAL) support, targeted academic support or one‑to‑one aides, therapy or specialist assessments — exact charges vary by service and student need and are billed separately.
- Stationery, school store items and uniform purchases are additional; the school operates a school store for stationery and related items.
Refund information and withdrawal
- Non‑refundable fees: Application fees, new‑student fees and returning‑student fees are non‑refundable.
- Tuition & transport refund rule: A full payment of tuition and any bus fees is required for any portion of a term (a school quarter — 25%) attended. Upon withdrawal, a tuition and bus fee refund is issued only for any full term (school quarter — 25%) of non‑attendance; partial‑term refunds are not provided. This refund rule does not apply to non‑refundable entry fees. Parents withdrawing a student must notify the administration at least fourteen days in advance.
- Exceptional refunds or deferred payments: In extraordinary cases the School Director may, with Board approval, refund deposits or approve deferred payments where it is in the best interests of the school and the student.
Fee payment options (practical details)
- Accepted currencies: U.S. dollar or local currency equivalents on the school's stated exchange practice.
- Accepted payment methods: check, direct deposit, bank transfer. All bank transfers and deposits must be accompanied by proof of payment delivered to the Business Office; payments must be received net of transaction fees.
- Instalment options: Annual payment in full or two equal semester payments are accepted per the approved schedule; division into term instalments is used administratively for refund calculation. Specific instalment dates and invoice schedules are issued with the annual fee schedule.
