Application & Registration Fees
- Application fee for preschool (PS/PK): USD 100.
- Application/admission fee for Grades K–12: USD 450.
- One-time registration/enrolment fee for new students: USD 3,000.
Tuition fees by year group (annual and per-semester)
- Grade 1–5: USD 11,860 per year (two-semester school year; USD 5,930 per semester).
- Grade 6–8: USD 13,200 per year (USD 6,600 per semester).
- Grade 9–12: USD 14,700 per year (USD 7,350 per semester).
How the billing is scheduled and payment terms
- The academic year is divided into two semesters; tuition figures above are annual amounts and may be invoiced on a per-semester basis (two installments per year).
- Invoicing and payment terms are managed through the school's admissions/billing system; schools using the same platform commonly issue invoices in advance and set payment terms (for example, standard school billing workflows support scheduled invoices and net-30 style terms). Families should expect invoices to specify due dates and accepted payment channels.
Boarding / Residential provision
- Lincoln School is a day school and does not operate boarding/residential facilities.
Other mandatory or commonly charged one-off / annual fees
- New-student capital (development) fee / one-time levy for incoming students: USD 7,500 (one-time). This fee has been reported historically as a one‑time new‑student capital charge.
- Transportation (school bus) service: reported historically in the range of USD 1,100–USD 1,300 per year for students using the school bus; transportation is charged separately from tuition.
- Meals / Food services, school supplies, textbooks, uniforms, extracurricular activity fees, special program fees, and exam/assessment fees are additional to tuition and are charged as applicable. The school operates food and transportation services as separate billable services.
Refunds, cancellations and one-off fee treatment
- Application and admission fees are charged at application and are reported historically as non‑refundable. Registration and capital / development levies are one‑time payments charged at enrolment. Some capital/one‑time fees have in past practice been subject to waiver or reduction in special circumstances (for example, for students enrolling for less than a full year). Families should expect application and registration payments to be treated as non‑refundable in standard practice.
Fee payment options and currency
- Fees are commonly denominated and processed in US dollars.
- Accepted payment methods for schools using the same admissions/billing platform include major credit/debit cards, bank transfer (wire), cheque, cash and other online payment options (PayPal, AliPay where enabled); invoices normally include bank details and payment instructions. Expect the school to provide invoice-level instructions for permitted payment channels and any currency/bank‑charge handling.
Summary (practical points for parents)
- Budget for: the one‑time application and registration charges, the one‑time capital/development levy for new students, annual tuition by grade band (see figures above), transport if you require bus service, and separate costs for meals, uniforms, textbooks, exams and optional trips or activities.
