Josip Broz Tito High School in Skopje is housed in a 7,246-square-meter building constructed in 1972. It offers three curricula: the Macedonian general high school curriculum and the Turkish-language general curriculum, both leading to the external Matura exam, and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB DP) in English, taught since 1996. The IB DP is a two-year program for students in the third and fourth years (ages 16–19), requiring six subjects (three to four at Higher Level and the rest at Standard Level), with final examinations in May. Core components include Theory of Knowledge (TOK), Creativity, Activity and Service (CAS), and a 4,000-word Extended Essay. The school enrolls around 1,400 students, who study in two shifts, and provides spaces for diverse extracurricular and sports activities. Extracurriculars include choir, band, drama, ecology activities, Red Cross programs, and Open Day events. Instruction is in Macedonian and Turkish for the national curricula, with the IB programme in English.
