Application fees
UWC Red Cross Nordic does not publish a college-level application fee. Applications are processed either through national UWC selection committees, the UWC Global Selection Programme (GSP), or directly to the college in cooperation with Vestland Fylkeskommune; any application charges (if applicable) are set by the nominating body (national committee or the GSP), not by the college.
Tuition fees by year group and per term
The college does not publish a public, itemised tuition schedule by year group or by term for full-fee paying students. Many students attend on full or partial scholarships arranged through national committees and partner sponsors; for students admitted under the UWC Vestland Scholarship the core education cost is covered by Lånekassen and Vestland Fylkeskommune, and residential students under that scholarship pay a family contribution (eigenandel) of NOK 48 000 for the 2025–2026 school year.
Billing schedule and payment terms
No public billing schedule, termly installment plan, or standard payment deadlines are published by the college. Invoicing and payment terms for fee-paying students are administered by the college's finance/admissions office and must be obtained directly from the college. Contact details for the admissions/office are provided by the college for billing enquiries.
Boarding fees
Boarding is provided as part of the residential programme. The college does not publish a separate, standard boarding fee schedule for full-fee paying students. For students on the UWC Vestland Scholarship who choose to live on campus, the residential family contribution is NOK 48 000 for the 2025–2026 school year.
Other costs and ancillary fees (uniforms, books, trips, insurance, personal expenses)
The college does not publish a comprehensive public list of mandatory ancillary fees (for example a uniform charge, textbook fees, travel costs, insurance, or optional activity fees). Families should expect to be responsible for personal items, travel to/from the college and any optional extracurricular costs if these are not included in a scholarship package; specific chargeable items are invoiced by the college when applicable.
Refund and withdrawal information
No public, itemised refund or withdrawal policy for tuition, family contributions or other fees is published on the college's public information pages. Refund and withdrawal terms are handled by the college and must be confirmed with the admissions/finance office.
Fee payment options (credit card, bank transfer, etc.)
The college does not publish a public list of accepted payment methods or the standard payment channels for fee-paying families. Accepted payment methods and instructions for remittance are provided by the college's finance office when invoicing.
