EMS High School was established in 1990 and officially lists two Islamabad locations: the Main Campus in H-11/4 and CASA Branch in F-11/4. The CASA Branch offers Montessori for children aged 2 and above, while the Main Campus offers Elementary, Middle School, High School, IGCSE, SSC and College/A Levels. EMS follows a Montessori approach in the early years and offers IGCSE and A Level pathways, alongside SSC/Matric through FBISE. In the Senior Section, students may choose between Matric and IGCSE after Grade 8. Subjects listed include English, Urdu, Mathematics, Pakistan Studies, Islamic Studies, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Additional Mathematics, Human Biology and Arabic. A distinctive feature is the school’s robotics and STEM programme: EMS says its Robotics Society competes nationally and globally, and the school has won the National First LEGO League three times since 2017. Sports include football, cricket, martial arts, athletics, basketball, volleyball and hiking.
