Kindergarten runs Monday to Friday. Kindergarten I starts between 8:20 and 8:30, ends at 12:45; Kindergarten II starts between 8:00 and 8:10, ends at 12:30. Morning care (Frühdienst) is available from 7:30 to 8:20 for an additional monthly fee.

German-language immersion education is offered from Kindergarten through upper secondary. Kindergarten uses immersion with a native German-speaking educator and a bilingual partner, making German the primary language of daily interaction while providing natural exposure to German culture. In Grundschule, nearly all subjects are taught in German (Castellano is taught with a school-developed Castellano book to complement German instruction); MDK combines music, German, and art within the immersion approach. In Mittel- und Oberstufe, DaF (German as a Foreign Language) and DaM (German as a Mother Tongue) pathways structure instruction; from Grade 5, students develop presentation skills and work with the Doppel-Klick series; the program supports flexible movement between DaF and DaM groups. The upper secondary program leads to the Deutsches Internationales Abitur (DIA) with curricula aligned to the German DIAP framework; DSD I and DSD II examinations certify German language proficiency and aid university admission, while Spanish remains a core language from Grade 1 through Abitur and English and French are offered as additional languages.

The team delivers this support in collaboration with teachers, parents, external specialists when necessary, and the student who takes responsibility for their own learning. The team works closely with class teachers to coordinate progress. The school offers a fully bilingual environment in which students learn German, English, and optionally French. Most subjects are taught in German, enabling many students to reach a level close to native proficiency. English instruction is a fixed part of the curriculum and is mandatory from the 5th grade. 1. Admission to Kindergarten I occurs in preschool age. After two years of mandatory participation (from age 4 to 6), students advance to Grade 1. Applications for Kindergarten are accepted two years before the start of Kindergarten, or earlier if you opt for the pre-registration procedure. Most subjects are taught in German, and English instruction is a fixed part of the curriculum and becomes mandatory from Grade 5; the school is accredited as an Excellent German international school.

2. Lateral entry into the 5th grade. The second admission option is offered exclusively for admission to Grade 5 and enables students from other schools to begin their studies here without German language proficiency. No German language proficiency is required.

3. Direct transfer from other German-speaking schools. The direct transfer from other German-speaking schools or international schools is possible when a place is available in the corresponding grade. Good German language skills and the passing of an entrance examination in the main subjects—Spanish, German, English, and Mathematics—are prerequisites for admission.
