- Application (derecho de postulación): PEN 100.00 (non‑refundable).
Enrollment / one‑off admission charges
- Cuota de ingreso (one‑time admission/entry fee) by grade group:
- Preschool: PEN 0.00.
- Lower School (G1–G5): PEN 3,500.00.
- Upper School G6: PEN 3,500.00.
- Upper School G7–G8: PEN 2,000.00.
- Upper School G9–G12: PEN 0.00.
- Matrícula (annual registration) equals one month's pension (i.e., the amount of one monthly tuition instalment).
Tuition (pensión escolar) — annual and per‑month (paid in 10 instalments)
- Preschool (2 years): Annual PEN 9,000.00 — Monthly instalment PEN 900.00 (10 instalments, March–December).
- Preschool (3–5 years): Annual PEN 10,000.00 — Monthly instalment PEN 1,000.00 (10 instalments, March–December).
- Lower School G1: Annual PEN 12,000.00 — Monthly instalment PEN 1,200.00 (10 instalments, March–December).
- Lower School G2–G6: Annual PEN 13,000.00 — Monthly instalment PEN 1,300.00 (10 instalments, March–December).
- Upper School G7–G12: Annual PEN 13,000.00 — Monthly instalment PEN 1,300.00 (10 instalments, March–December).
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition billing: pension is billed as 10 monthly instalments covering March through December.
- Matrícula (annual registration) is due within the institutional dates indicated in the enrolment calendar; matrícula amount equals one monthly pension instalment.
- Cuota de ingreso (when required) must be paid within the deadline communicated after a vacancy is offered; payment must be evidenced by sending the payment voucher to admisiones@mic.edu.pe. Refunds of the cuota de ingreso (when applicable) are handled in accordance with institutional rules and proportional to years of attendance.
- Discounts and incentives:
- Family discount: 50% discount on monthly tuition for the eldest sibling when three or more siblings are enrolled (does not apply to matrícula).
- Early‑payment discount (good‑payer incentive): PEN 50.00 discount on the monthly instalment if paid before the due date (conditions and deadlines are announced in the payment calendar).
- Late payment and collection policy: interest and collection measures apply from the day after the instalment due date; progressive collection actions are described (reminders, reporting to credit bureaus after multiple missed instalments, not‑renewal of matrícula, possible judicial collection).
Boarding fees
- The school does not publish any boarding programme or boarding fees; no boarding charges apply.
Other costs and typical additional charges
- Exam and assessment fees: additional charges may apply for external examinations and assessment services (for example Cambridge assessments, FIT, International Baccalaureate exam fees and similar items listed as “other concepts”).
- Materials, uniforms, transport, extracurricular activities and certain programme‑specific costs are treated as separate items and may incur extra charges; specific prices for uniform or ancillary services are not listed as fixed amounts in the public fee schedule.
Refund information
- Cuota de ingreso: refund of the entry fee is conditioned on withdrawal and is proportional to the years of permanence in the institution, in accordance with institutional rules and applicable law.
- Refunds or non‑refundability of other items (application fee, matrícula, paid instalments) follow the institution's policies and the admissions/matriculation rules; the application fee is non‑refundable.
Fee payment options (channels accepted)
- Bank transfer to the school's collection account at BCP using the student code (Cuenta Recaudadora BCP via student code).
- Payment platforms: Pago Efectivo via the school intranet (SIEWEB) is enabled for payments.
- In‑person payments: payments accepted in the school's billing office by debit or credit card.
- Admissions‑related payments: instructions and the virtual channel for admission payments are provided at the time of application; proof of payment (voucher) should be sent to admisiones@mic.edu.pe as instructed.
Notes on penalties and administrative consequences
- Interest on overdue instalments and escalating collection procedures apply for late payments (reminders, reporting to credit bureaus, not‑renewal of matrícula, retention of certificates and potential legal action after repeated non‑payment).
