Decisions on fee waivers and scholarships are handled by the school's governing body and the organ indicated in the statute.
- Contractual terms for cancellations/refunds: contractual terms governing cancellation, refunds and the precise conditions for withheld or returned payments are determined in the individual teaching contract between parents and the school; recruitment and tuition payments are tied to the contract and to the payment schedule specified therein.
