Application / Registration fees
- Registration for in-person candidates at the school: free.
- Registration for candidates applying online: 450 PLN (non-refundable).
One-off entry / affiliation fees (Cambridge programme)
- One-off, non-refundable entry fee (Cambridge international programme): 3,000 PLN.
- Annual affiliation fee for Cambridge programme students: 1,800 PLN (payable annually).
Tuition fees — Cambridge International Education programme (EU/EEA, Ukraine, Belarus residents)
- Year 1 (IGCSE 1): Annual tuition 33,000 PLN. Payable in 1, 2, 10 or 12 installments.
- 1 installment: 33,000 PLN.
- 2 installments: 16,500 PLN each.
- 10 installments: 3,300 PLN each.
- 12 installments: 2,750 PLN each.
- Year 2 (IGCSE 2): Annual tuition 33,000 PLN. Payable in 1, 2, 10 or 12 installments.

Tuition fees — Polish national curriculum
- One-off, non-refundable registration/entry fee (Polish programme): 2,000 PLN.
- Grades 1–4 (Polish programme) annual tuition: 17,880 PLN. Payable in 1, 2, 10 or 12 installments.
- 1 installment: 17,880 PLN.
- 2 installments: 8,940 PLN each.
- 10 installments: 1,788 PLN each.
- 12 installments: 1,490 PLN each.
- Annual tuition for non‑EU/EEA residents on the Polish programme is decided individually.
Additional costs not included in tuition (examples and typical amounts)
- Textbooks (separately for IGCSE and A‑Level): approximately 2,200 PLN for two years (paid separately).
- Cambridge / examination fees: exam entry fees are paid separately.
- Preparation for additional A‑Level subjects (examples: Business, Further Mathematics, Psychology, Sociology): charged separately at approximately £2,500–£3,500 per subject (fees stated in pound sterling).
- Lunches at the school catering (Lovely Kitchen): subscription lunch (monthly subscription) 20 PLN per meal; standalone standard lunch 26 PLN per meal.
- Trips, outings and certain clubs: charged separately depending on the activity.
Boarding / Accommodation (Regent Campus)
- First‑year high school students may apply for free boarding (limited places; allocation on a first‑come, first‑served basis).
- Polish students with a residence address in Poland: annual boarding fees (September–June) listed as follows (days at school):
- Single ensuite room (limited availability): 19,900 PLN per year.
- Double ensuite room: 16,900 PLN per year.
- Boarding for holidays and weekends (days off school) is priced individually.
- Boarding fees for international students / EU students are agreed individually upon request.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Annual tuition amounts are stated above and may be paid in one of the installment schedules offered: 1, 2, 10 or 12 installments for EU/EEA/Ukraine/Belarus residents (Cambridge and Polish programmes; non‑EU/EEA fees are arranged separately, usually in 1 or 2 installments).
- The entry fees (3,000 PLN Cambridge; 2,000 PLN Polish) are one‑off and non‑refundable.
- Textbooks, exam fees, lunches, trips and certain club fees are invoiced or charged separately from tuition.
- The school reserves the right to change prices during the school year.
Refund information
