Billing schedule and payment terms
- The enrolment fee is charged once at first enrolment. Annual tuition is published per school year; families may pay the full annual tuition or follow the school's published payment schedule. A published full‑payment discount is available: 10% off the full annual tuition if the full fee is paid by July 31, 2025 (for the 2025/26 schedule). Invoices and the formal payment schedule are issued by the school's finance office.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not applicable. Bucharest‑Beirut International School operates as a day school (published hours: Monday–Thursday 08:30–15:30; Friday 08:30–13:30). No boarding fee schedule is published.
Other costs and optional charges
- Separate, additional charges are listed for items and services outside base tuition. These commonly include school supplies and uniforms, extracurricular activity contributions or fees, off‑campus trips, and external examination charges (for example, IB examination-related costs where applicable). Amounts for these items are charged in addition to the annual tuition and are published separately.
Refund information
- The school's published tuition and fees documentation includes its refund and withdrawal terms (conditions and any notice period for withdrawal). The enrolment fee is shown as a one‑time charge in the published fee schedule; the school's fee document also sets out the published conditions for discounts, deposits, and any refunds or deductions on withdrawal. For the 2025/26 schedule the document includes specific payment and refund terms.
Fee payment options
- Fees are managed by the school's accounting/finance office; the school publishes invoice and payment instructions through its finance office and admissions contacts. The school accepts payments processed according to the instructions on invoices issued by the accounting office. For billing queries use the school's published accounting and admissions contacts.
