EDUCA International School is Belgrade's Finnish international kindergarten and primary school, operated as a non-profit by the Education for Serbia Foundation. The campus in Dedinje sits in a peaceful, green setting, with light-filled classrooms opening onto a playground and outdoor spaces that include sensory gardens and natural play areas. The school follows a Finnish curriculum alongside a bespoke international pathway for ages 3 to 14, blending the Finnish whole-child approach with internationally recognised standards. Kindergartners (3-7) engage in play-based learning that develops communication, early numeracy and literacy, physical and social-emotional growth, and understanding of the world. Juniors (7-11) study English (First & Second Language), Mathematics & Science, Humanities & Arts, Digital Literacy & Computing, and Sports & Movement. Seniors (11-14) gain deeper subject expertise, independent research skills, and practical application, preparing for Upper Secondary. Unique features include forest classrooms, nature-connected learning, and a strong emphasis on wellbeing across every age.
British International School Belgrade offers the British curriculum from ages 3 to 18 across four Belgrade campuses: two Primary and two Secondary. The Primary works with Cambridge Primary and the English National Curriculum, while Secondary uses Cambridge schemes, with nine IGCSEs at Key Stage 4 and up to four A levels at Key Stage 5. Students learn English with EAL support and study Modern Foreign Languages (French, German and Serbian) in Key Stage 2. The curriculum emphasises knowledge and vocabulary, coherence, accessibility and cross-curricular learning, with enrichment through visits and residential trips. The school is registered with the UK Department for Education and the Serbian Ministry of Education and is a regular member of ECIS and CIS. Facilities include interactive whiteboards, computer suites, in-class laptops on each campus, and sports facilities including a sports dome. A distinctive programme is the Duke of Edinburgh International Award; clubs include Debate, Chess and Computer Programming.
Located at 45 Šumatovačka Street in Belgrade, The International School is a private day school offering Cambridge programs and the IB Diploma for students aged 5 to 18. The curriculum follows Cambridge Primary (ages 5–11), Lower Secondary (11–14) and Secondary/Advanced (14–19), with seven IGCSE subjects in Years 10–11 to earn the ICE certificate and A-level bundles in Years 12–13 to meet Cambridge requirements and ICE/AICE diplomas. Instruction is in English with Serbian mediation, and the school is a UCAS registered centre. Cambridge Distance Learning is available for online study. The campus emphasizes technology-enriched learning through Google Classroom, tablets and e-notebooks, complemented by school counsellors and mentors. The school offers a broad extracurricular programme, including clubs such as Debate, Film Club, ISMUN and Eco-School, plus excursions, theatre, cinema visits and sports events. Chartwell International School Belgrade operates across campuses: Lower Secondary at Uzicka 48a and Upper Secondary at Aleksandra Stamboliskog 21, serving students 2 to 18. The school follows British National Curriculum and offers Cambridge IGCSE, Cambridge International AS Levels and Cambridge A Levels, within the Cambridge framework and recognized by the Serbian Ministry of Education. Established in 1998, it was the first Belgrade school to offer the British curriculum and is accredited as an international school and Cambridge examination centre, educating over 1,000 pupils from around 60 nationalities with about 180 staff. Facilities at Lower Secondary include a science lab, music room, art room, ICT, media room, language and maths spaces, plus sports fields. Upper Secondary spans 2,250 m with IT and science labs, an art room, library, study hall, dining area and sports facilities. Extracurriculars include STEM Science Olympiad participation, a music and drama program, and poetry and multilingual events.
ISB is an international, co‑educational day school in Belgrade offering the full International Baccalaureate continuum (PYP, MYP, DP) and an American High School Diploma through NEASC accreditation. Instruction is in English. In DP, Group 1 Language & Literature can be English or Serbian; Group 2 Language Acquisition includes French B, Spanish B, German Ab Initio, and Mandarin Ab Initio online. The school serves ages 3 to 18 across two campuses: Primary at Temišvarska 19 and Secondary at Radivoja Lole Đukića 1a, in the Senjak district. Facilities include a Primary library, Music and Art rooms, a Media Lab, and a Multipurpose space, with a Secondary facility that houses science labs, a design studio, a library, Art and Drama spaces, plus a football pitch and gym. ISB is accredited by CIS, IBO and NEASC and participates in CEESA sports and ISTA performing arts networks, with robotics, creative writing, and leadership opportunities globally.
